QTL Analysis of plant height and leaf area in Wheat:in this study, F2 populations which were crossed by Changwu99(2)45-10 and 955195 were used for mapping population and using SSR molecular marker technology to build a genetic map; QTL IciMapping 4.0 software which is based on mixed linear models is used to analysis Characters quantitative trait loci(QTL) of plant height, flag leaf length,and flag leaf width traits, etc. the main results obtained are as follows:1. F2 hybrid population were Constructed by chang wu 99(2)45-10 and 955195, a total of 142 lines for mapping population.Selecting 1052 pairs of different sources primers for parental Polymorphism amplified screening, 154 pairs of primers amplify a clear and polymorphic markers site.1.1. Application of QTL IciMapping 4.0 software, the 154 marker locis were located on 21 chromosomes of wheat, the full length of atlas is 2703.24 cM, average genetic distance between two adjacent markers is 18.14 cM and forming 23 linkage groups. Each linkage groups include 2-12 locis, the average sites for linkage groups is 6.84.2. App QTL IciMapping 4.0 software which is based on mixed linear models is used to analysis Characters quantitative trait loci(QTL) of plant height, flag leaf length,and flag leaf width traits, six additive QTL were detected, were located in six Wheat chromosomes.2.1 QTL Analysis of plant height trait: Four additive QTL were detected for plant height trait, respectively QPh.nwsuaf-1B, QPh.nwsuaf-2A, QPh.nwsuaf-4D and QPh.nwsuaf- 5A, explaining the contribution rate of 11.89%- 21.07% for the phenotypic variation, additive effects are-0.5969,2.0721, 5.1583 and-2.3979; Dominant effects are 7.4271,6.2594,2.4947,-8.6135; The contribution rates of QPh.nwsuaf-1B, QPh.nwsuaf-2A, QPh.nwsuaf-4D and QPh.nwsuaf-5A are all more than 10%, so they are the main effect QTLs.2.2 QTL Analysis of Leaf morphology traits : two additive QTL were detected by the QTL Analysis of The leaf morphology traits(flag leaf length, flag leaf width), flag leaf length and flag leaf width has one QTL respectively, the contribution rate of QFll.nwsuaf-3B, QFlw.nwsuaf-7A are 23.76% and 23.79%, additive effects are-0.4004 and 0.0001; Dominant effects are-2.9132,0.2162; Two QTL locis( QLl.nwsuaf-3B, QLw.nwsuaf-7A)can explain more than 20% phenotypic variations, playing a very important role in leaf morphology.The fertilizer effect of oil sunflower XN1616:in this study, in order to study the effects of fertilizer in Northwest Oil sunflower, the excellent lines XN1616 which was breeded in recent years was selected as the test material mouth, used "3414" experiment design method, Referring to ‘Fertilization Technical Specifications’(the Ministry of Agriculture), For study different N, P, K fertilization level of new line XN1616 to explore the best fertilizer combination of new line in the northwest regions.3.The best Fertilizer combination for the highest yield of line XN1616 is 150.67kg/hm2、P2 05 73.0 kg/hm2 、K2O58.4kg/hm2,yield reached 3173.45 kg / hm2.4.As can be seen from the yield analysis, Effect of potassium on oil sunflower yield is significantly higher than Nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer; calculated by the relative lack of fertilizer, found that the lowest relative yield is potassium. It can be seen that effect of potassium on oil sunflower yield is significantly higher than Nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer.So when planting oil sunflower, we can re-applying potassium fertilizer to improve yield.
