First, clarify the synergistic effect of SYP-7017 and epoxiconazole against Erysiphe graminia was measured by potted plant test method in this study,screen out scientific and reasonable mixed composition and then bowring processed into 16%SYP-707 ? epoxiconazole SC. On the basis of toxicity determination, the field efficacy of tebuconazole 16%SYP-707 ? epoxiconazole SC controlling apple leaf spot was evaluated. The main results of research are as follows:1, indoor activity test results showed that the results show, SYP-707 drug and epoxiconazole original drug and 5 mixed combinations on wheat powdery mildew has a certain extent. The effect of suppressing five compounded combinations were increased to varying degrees. Among them, chlorine pyridine azoxystrobin: epoxiconazole = 11: 5 mixed combination synergism most significant toxicity regression equation: Y = 1.0789 X + 4.1362, R value of 0.9892, EC50 = 6.32μg / mL, which increased Valid values(SR) of 1.53.2, Yangling,Shaanxi Province Demonstration Zone Zhai Zhen Ling Jiao Cun show that the experimental drug 16% SYP-707 ? epoxiconazole SC 48 to 96 g / ha of wheat powdery mildew control effect of 75.49 % ~ 85.70%, 15% SYP-707 EC 48 g / ha and 125 g / L epoxiconazole SC 94 g / ha of wheat powdery mildew control effect were 81.67% and 75.72%;Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, Meixian Cassia buds Town persimmon Lam field experiments show that the experimental drug 16% SYP-707 ? epoxiconazole SC 48 to 96 g / ha of wheat powdery mildew control effect of 76.51 % ~ 86.38%, 15% SYP-707 EC 48 g / ha and 125 g / L epoxiconazole SC 94 g / ha of wheat powdery mildew control effect were 82.46% and 76.55%.3,16% SYP-707 ? epoxiconazole SC are used to control powdery mildew recommended concentration is 48 to 96 g / ha.4, but also test the safety of experimental research, observed in the test concentration range, test agents 16 % SYP-707 ? epoxiconazole suspension without injury on wheat, wheat normal growth and development.
