FACS sorted sperm for artificial insemination is the most reliable breeding biotechnology of control mammalian offspring born sex, but by the limits of production costs, the high cost of sex control frozen semen of dairy cow in the restrict its wide application. Improve the dairy cow sex control frozen sperm production efficiency is an effective way to reduce the product cost. In this study, the development a new production technology of cows sexed frozen semen of mixing xenogeneic animal, to improve dairy cow sexed frozen sperm production efficiency, reduce the production cost and can be widely used for Industrial application.Experimental comparison of three kinds of doses of cows sexed frozen semen of mixing xenogeneic animal frozen vitality, survival time, acrosome integrity test results and a cow insemination results. First, a low-dose (1 million/0.25ml) cows X sperm separation for the purpose of sexed sperm frozen semen product, adding different concentrations of goat semen in separate X semen, prepare three formulations cows sexed frozen semen mixed type X1, X2 type, X3 type (X1 type including goat sperm 3,000,000/0.25ml,X2 type containing goat sperm 6,000,000 /0.25ml,X3 type containing goat sperm 9,000,000/0.25ml). Then the three formulations sperm motility, survival time, acrosome integrity were assessed to investigate the impact conception rate of cows frozen semen mixed with different concentrations of goat milk cow sexed semen quality frozen semen and artificial insemination. The results show that:X1 type cows sexed frozen semen survival time was significantly higher than that of X2 and X3-type products (8 vs 6 vs 5) P<0.05; X1 type cows sexed frozen semen vigor than the X2 and X3 model type has increased (55% vs 52% vs 48%), but the difference between them was not significant P> 0.05; X1 type cows sexed frozen semen and X2 type, acrosome integrity X3 type semen difference was not significant (54% vs52.7% vs 51.9%) P> 0.05. However, X1 type cows sexed frozen semen for artificial insemination conception rate after 90 days was significantly higher than the X2 and X3 semen type products (51.9% vs33.6% vs29.9%) P<0.05. The findings presented in accordance with the above results: concentration of 3 million/0.25ml goat semen mixed one million cows/0.25ml X preparative separation of mixed semen cows sexed frozen semen of new technology products, the production efficiency increased 2-fold relative production costs by 50% pregnancy rate and the result of artificial insemination of frozen semen quality indicators have reached the level of conventional sexed frozen semen to prove that the hybrid cows sexed semen can be frozen industrial production and for industrial application.
