So studying on physiological characteristics of sugarcane and operation management can strongly promotes the development of Guangxi agriculture. This experiment used a lot of modern monitoring instrument to monitoring water transport between sugarcane and soil lasting 74 days, and analysis these data by SPSS software. This paper summarizes sugarcane leaf area calculation model, sugarcane stem flow calculation model, soil water evaporation model, the sugarcane field water requirement model, soil water balance model and so on. All of these play an important significance to the further study of the water migration as well as the guidance of sugarcane irrigation. Besides this paper mainly for the following study:This paper makes a summarize of the current situation of Guangxi sugarcane planting and puts forward some emergent problem should be resolved, and adjusts promote wide and narrow row spacing plant and capillary drip irrigation mode. In this paper, by using multiple measurement methods on soil saturated water content, field water holding capacity, soil moisture content, and compares their merits and demerits.In addition to using Winfolia leaf area measurement system for precision measuring leaf area, and respectively established linear regression model and length * width product coefficient model. The use of ASZ-100 soil moisture measuring instrument for continuous measurement the soil water content, and analysis the change of water content by time and in the three-dimensional space. The soil moisture content changes with the distance of sugarcane, the farther from the sugarcane the smaller change. And the changes of soil moisture content have some relationship with the soil content, the higher moisture the quicker change. Moderate control of soil moisture can keep the soil water retention in the medium and it is conducive to reducing the moisture dissipation, besides set a proper wet ratio to reduce the unnecessary evaporation.Make use of ENVIdata stem flow leaf temperature measurement system to continuous monitoring the changes of sugarcane stem flow. By the analysis of sugarcane stem flow we know it is changes periodically and stem flow have a positive correlation with the solar radiation. The stem flow changes significantly with the radiation and it is exposed of it. The stem flow have a transient decrease in the 12:00 to 14:00 in sunny day, it is the midday depression of stem flow. The sap flow have a positive correlation with the temperature and a negative correlation with the humidity, and its influence is weaker in the mature stage than the other stage.The sugarcane leaf stomatal resistance is measured by the AP4 plat porometer measurements.Data shows that stomatal resistance also has some certain regularity in one day, in general impedance decreased first and then increased slightly at noon, and then decreased a little and increase to the maximum value. The data shows that stomatal resistance have a great relationship with the radiation and it is also affected by the soil moisture, and the impedance of all the blade in the 14:00 reach an equal data. So make control of a appropriate moisture is conducive to the control of impedance to reduce the luxury transpiration.The soil moisture evaporation evaporator is measured by the self-made small soil moisture measuring equipment. Soil moisture evaporation have a certain relation with the solar radiation, temperature. And control soil moisture can reduce soil moisture evaporation. Besides this paper establishes the model of soil moisture evaporation by SPSS software.Based on soil water balance principle, regards 30 cm * 120 cm as the computing area, we make the balance analysis of soil water. The results show a good balance relationship.
