Integration of water and fertilization is the feature of modern agriculture. But the key of implementation is not in the construction of the system or the control of irrigation, it is fertilization. Today, the research about integration of water and fertilization made more focus on technology or introduce advanced facilities. Thinking about the characteristics of water and fertilization of plant needing is not enough. The level of automation is some lower. So, it’s necessary to integrate the mature technology of several object, To develop some economic and reliable Automatic control system of irrigation and fertilization based on pipeline and precise water and fertilization. To meet the needs of domestic agricultural production, Improve labor productivity, reduce the use of labor, protect the ecological environment.This study based on the research of previous study, design and made up a model system about soilless culture and drip irrigation cultural. To integrated presentation the run of two type cultivation method. And designed a intelligent irrigation and fertilization system in Citrus Orchar combined with the specific needs of cultivation.In model system, we integrated two sub system: one is about nutrient solution circulation and nutrient concentration automatic control system constructed based on the theory of soilless culture. Soilless culture is developed from nutrient film technique. When use this method to plant, plant roots were soaked in nutrient solution for the long-term. So root system need fullyaerobic treatment through the cycle of draining and filling in the nutrient solution. And backflow solution need to reconfiguration and sterilization. All this process can’t go without artificial management, need to use a lot of manpower. The use of this system can effectively reduce the human and material resources. and can automatically record the dynamic changes of nutrient solution concentration and p H value during the process of cultivation, if combined with the plant growth status, we can create the conditions for research and develop nutrient solution of soilless culture. And to guide soilless culture practice.Another sub system is a intelligent drip irrigation and fertilization system. this system uses moisture sensors timely detect soil moisture content. Use the closed loop control automatic irrigation, realize the online nutrition fluid mixing irrigated at the same time, can accurately control the nutritional composition of fertilization and irrigation, improve efficiency, reduce the production cost, improve the yield and quality, and ultimately improve the economic efficiency. The research successfully integrated two subsystem in a desktop, can directly, transparently display the process of two subsystem’s run, facilitate to enhancing the quality of practice teaching. And promote the integration of water and fertilizer technology.The research made a detailed project design about fertigation system for citrus orchard of college of resources and environment of Huazhong Agricuiture University. From now on, the first irrigation and fertilization and field wiring has been completed. Fertilizer database is under construction.Today, in our country, intelligent irrigation and fertilization technology is an important content of the modern agriculture. In the supplementary irrigation pipe network and control system, to achieve precise fertilizer, not only can effectively reduce the irrigation water consumption,but also greatly reduce the amount of fertilizer, Optimization fertilizer nutrient component, improve the utilization rate of fertilizer. Improve the operating efficiency of agriculture,reduce the adverse effect of excessive fertilization. The results not only has theoretical meaning,but also has practical value。...
