70 large white sows for average parity 5 births, according to the principle of similar weight, parity, were randomly divided into two groups, namely control group and yeast(Saccharomyces boulardii, S.boulardii) group, each group of 35 sows, single bar feeding. Among them, the control group was fed basal diet, treatment group in the control group based on the addition of 0.01% S.boulardii, for a trial period of lactation from mating to 21 d. The change characteristics of the microbial population assessment of reproductive performance of sows, sows in blood and milk immunoglobulin levels, colostrum and milk ingredients, routine stool score and fecal, evaluationof piglets born to weaning period growth performance. The main results are as follows: 1.Add S.boulardii diets on sow backfat weight, weaning to estrus interval(Weaning-to-oestrus, interval, WEI), effect of feed intake during lactation period and delivery performance:(1)Compared with the control group, there were no significant differences between S.boulardii group and farrowing weaning weight, backfat and WEI(P>0.05),but the weight loss in lactation decreased(-7.1kg vs-12.6kg, P=0.095).Addition of S.boulardii extremely significantly increased the average feed intake of sows throughout the lactation period of 21d(5.92 kg vs 5.39 kg, P<0.01). Compared with the control group, in the lactation period of first weeks(4.72 kg vs 4.20 kg, P<0.05) and second weeks(6.31 kg vs 5.81 kg, P<0.05) were significantly different, in third weeks, reached a extremely significant level(6.73 kg vs 6.00 kg, P<0.01).(2) Compared with the control group, S.boulardii group of sows, the total number born alive litter of piglets, the average birth weight and birth weight were not significantly different(P>0.05). The number of weaned piglets and weaned piglets breeding rate, there were no significant difference bet-ween S.boulardii group and control group(P>0.05). 2. Effects of S.boulardii supplementation on lactation performance in piglets: compared with the control group, the 7 day old piglets weight of group S.boulardii(2.94 kg vs 2.70 kg,P<0.05),14 days of age, body weight(4.93 kg vs 4.56 kg, P<0.01)and 21 days of age, body weight(7.08kgvs6.46 kg, P<0.01) have significant effect. The S.boulardii group was extremely significantly increased in the first week(186.47 g vs 161.49 g, P<0.01) and third weeks(307.29 g vs 270.46 g, P<0.01) significantly increased second weeks(283.55 g vs 263.22 g, P<0.05) ADG(Average daily, gain,ADG), weaning litter weight was significant difference(67.00 kg vs 61.25 kg,P<0.05). During the whole lactation of 21 d, compared with the control group, the difference of ADG piglets in group S.boulardii extremely significantly(258.90 g vs 232.45 g, P<0.01). 3. Effects of S.boulardii supplementation on milk composition of sows:(1) S.boulardii feeding sows and control group sows than in colostrum and milk fat percentage, milk protein percentage, lactose percentage and dry matter and there were no significant differences in total dry matter(P>0.05). But milk protein group S.boulardii colostrum rate(15.58% vs15.02%) and dry matter(21.02% vs20.50%) increased to a certain extent.(2)The control group and S.boulardii group of im-mune colostrum protein G(Immunoglobulin G, IgG)(15.80 mg/ml vs 16 mg/ml) and immunoglobulin M(Immunoglobulin M, IgM)(2.86 mg/ml vs 2.88 mg/ml) showed no significant difference 5. S.boulardii added to the diet of sow constipation and the effect of perinatal intestinal microbial flora:(1)In the perinatal period, compared with the control group, S.boulardii group of sows faeces score increased slightly, the difference was not significant(P>0.05). However, in the first week after farrowing, compared with the control group, S.boulardii decreased sow faecal score, significant difference(P<0.05), significantly improve constipation sows.(2)Compared with the control group, the number of pathogenic microorganisms in the gut of S.boulardii effectively inhibited sows were extremely significantly decreased in intestinal Escherichia coli(P<0.01) and Clostridium perfringens(P<0.01) number, but the number of intestinal bacteria Lactobacillus(P>0.05) did not affect. In conclusion, the addition of S.boulardii in the period and lactation diets of pregnant sows, significantly improve the growth performance of piglets, piglets in lactation period is third weeks and the whole lactation pigletsADG, average litter weight gain and weaning weight. Moreover, S.boulardii can improve the perinatal sow constipation. In addition, in the presence of S.boulardii, the concentration of SCFA for 4h in the blood during sow pregnancy 109 d after feeding, especially the concentration of acetic acid increased significantly, at the same time, reduce the pregnancy 109 d after feeding 4h in the blood concentration of FFA,improve sows in lactation period and late pregnancy insulin sensitivity, improve sow lactation feed food intake.
