Planter the quality has a significant impact on crop growth and yield, high quality planting operations can make crops achieve high yield. Our country already realize mechanization planting of wheat, but the current wheat seeder sowing, seedling uneven distribution density, crowded, limiting the improvement of wheat production. To improve the yield of wheat,needs the combination of agricultural machinery and agronomy uniform seeding. Rational population distribution can improve space utilization, wheat spike rate, more grains, plump, achieve high yield and quality of wheat. Agronomists proposed the way that dense lines divide evenly broadcast: to reduce half of the seeding row spacing,double rows,total quantity remains the same,which is to add line. The method reduces row spacing,increases the sowing seed spacing,which has realized the more uniform distribution of wheat,which making full use of the wheat growth space,in line with the wheat agronomic requirements,achieving high yield. Therefore,this topic according to the agronomic requirements design and manufacture the 2 BXM- 28 wheat dense lines divide evenly broadcast machine.This issue analyzes the existing planter and the working principle of the first generation of prototype and the existing problems,putting forward the corresponding improvement program. This paper mainly improved the seed-metering device, opener and press wheel,to improve the uniformity of sowing.(1)On the theoretical basis of the first generation to redesign the device structure,solving the huge quality of seed metering device,high friction,the machining accuracy is not enough and clear slice of easy deformation and so on. Through indoor bench test and found the factors,which affected the metering seed quality. And through the single-factor test and orthogonal test analysis to determine the seed metering device suitable scope of work.(2)Due to the seeding row spacing is 7.5 cm, narrow spacing,easy to re-run or blocked,the choice of seed-furrow opener and layout design to achieve the 7.5 cm row spacing planting of wheat,planter passing ability is fine,without a re-run phenomenon.(3)Compared several types of land wheel,which is commonly used,determine the wheel scheme which can reduce wheel slip rate,and through the stress analysis to determine the main parameters of land wheel.The machine has five prototype trial-manufacture, which has carried on the experiment and demonstration in 6 counties of Hebei province on October 2014.The field trials compared with the existing planter,through the test data analysis,the planter seeding uniformity compared with common one is improved significantly,achieve the desired effect,make the growth of wheat were improved,achieve the goal of grain production.
