Dropping precision is important for seeding performance of precision seeder. Now. the majority of domestic machinery using seed guide tube dropping the seed. Seed falling into the seed furrow by seed guide tube dropping after the metering equipment freed the seed. This kind of seed transport has lower un-uniform and poor linearity, and this phenomenon will more obvious as seed-meter height (dropping height) improved.To solve the above problem, after learning the existing domestic technical literature, get on the seeding theoretical analysis of air-suction seed metering device, design a new kind of guide equipment after study the principle、determining the range of the pressure and motion path of seed. To use of 3D model software SOLIDWORKS to create guide equipment model, and carry out manufacturing、 assemble、 debugging. The equipment decrease the dropping height effectively.reduced the speed of seed when they contact with seed bed. Then conduct performance testing in seed meter performance test bench. The results show that:when the guide belt speed is 0.20m/s-0.25m/s(machine speed 2.5km/h-3.2km/h),negative pressure is-4kPa--4.5kPa and the vibration frequency is 14Hz-16Hz. grain qualified index higher, while replay rate and leak rate is lower, response surface test show qualified rate is 88.93% when the guide belt speed is 0.25m/s, negative pressure is-4.5kPa. the vibration frequency is 16Hz. Seed spacing range is 19-41.5cm when use the seed guide tube, seed spacing range is 23-34cm, the latter is more closer the theory and more concentrated. Studies have shown that the seed guide devices meet the job requirements under no-tillage planter complex operating conditions and can be applied to the use of the field.
