The 1000-kernel weight of grains is one of the commonly used evaluation indexes of the seed crop breeding.The traditional manual method of counting 1000-kernel weight is not only time-consuming,but also has a lot of errors.This paper developed a kind of automatic counting device of peanut seeds which is based on electromagnetic vibration principle.It can effectively reduce the labor intensity of the workers and provide reliable technical support for breeding.Based on the results of previous studies and Considering the counting accuracy and user comfort,this paper use the modern science technology and the combination of theoretical research and experimental method to developed a kind of automatic countingdevice of peanut seeds which is based on SCM 、 SPI bus technology and photoelectric switch.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.This paper developed a kind of automatic counting device of peanut seeds which is based on electromagnetic vibration principle.The automatic counting device consists four parts:transfer feeder, hopper, guide mechanism and counting system.Transfer feeder will be automatically directed is arranged, simple structure, convenient control, small mechanical damage in peanut seeds;Hopper institutions in spiral orbit laps to increase capacity; Discharging opening of guide rail mechanism is adopted, which can effectively prevent seeds flying; Installed on the guide rail on either side of the photoelectric medallion, size can be adjusted with the guide rail, formed on the inner wall of the guide light path layer improved the accuracy of the count.2.STM32F103C8T6 as the core, has developed a set of including power supply module, key and LED digital tube display module, vibration plate control output module and the hardware circuit of signal acquisition and counting module. BC7277 chip preprocessing function and the keyboard to jitter, and other functions to simplify the program structure, improve the operation efficiency of the system; With photoelectric switch as the transmitting terminal and receiving end of the signal collection of counting system error range is less than 0.6%.3.On the C language software platform software system is developed. Application of SPI bus technology, LED and keyboard driver integration chip, better solve the problem such as wiring and peripheral circuit much more, reduces the reaction time of the system for the determination of seed meter cycle.4.Design the selection of particle size and width of the screen. The peanut seeds by the two screening, which can realize the preliminary screening of peanut seeds, namely can be half a grain, dry peanut seeds peanut seed particle size and particle size is smaller than need, such as peanut seeds from the discharging mouth is filtered.5.Under different conditions on the working performance of the experimental prototype testing. Automatic capsule counting instrument counting error is less than0.6%, counting rate speed is higher than the average count of 4.16 in a second, counting the fastest speed can reach 10 in a second, screening of peanut seed width/thickness range 0 ~ 10 mm, have reached the design requirements.
