With the rapid development of the world’s footsteps, demand for energy is increasingly urgent, most of the current energy consumption provided by fossil fuels. At the same time, we are facing the question of energy shortage and environmental pollution when we are using the fossil fuels. Aiming at this phenomenon, people began to research and explore new energy. Biomass energy is an important development in the new energy, biogas as a clean renewable biomass energy, the development and utilization of biogas technology, is going to not only replace the traditional fossil energy to reduce pollution to the environment partly, but also make the waste resources be used.Biogas fermentation is a process of microbial life activities, temperature depends on the microbial activity, high and low temperature is high, the activity of microorganism, material fermentation, high gas rate; On the other hand, at low temperature, microbial activity is small, the material fermentation slow, low gas rate. To make biogas fermentation process run efficiently, should ensure that the temperature inside the anaerobic fermentation device requirements, offer the microbial fermentation materials suitable for the temperature of the environment. Especially in winter, when affected by low temperature, methane fermentation is slow, so for the warming device of anaerobic fermentation is necessary.Solar energy is clean energy, environmental protection, and it is rich in resources, the collection of solar energy utilization is an important research direction of new energy exploration. Currently, the more mature and widespread technology of solar power using is the solar collector, collector can convert solar energy into internal energy of water, can be used directly or indirectly. Biogas boiler,as a kind of boiler by burning biogas, water is heated to the required temperature requirements, and then to apply. As the fuel is biogas, it won’t produce environmental pollution during burning. The combination of solar collector joint biogas boiler and biogas production technology, it will follow the environmental protection, resource utilization, the principle of new energy development and so on.This article describes how the solar energy increase the temperature of the biogas fermentation combined with the biogas boiler. The solar energy and be together with the hot water produced in the biogas boiler system will do the heat exchange through the heat changing pipes and fermentation device in order to promote the fermentation temperature which will help the topping the state of fermentation and increase the rate of biogas production. Solar collector as the primary heating system, biogas boiler as the auxiliary heating system. When the solar radiation is plentiful, using solar collector for raising temperature fermentation device; When the solar energy can not provide enough heat source, the biogas boiler will burn and provide energy. The two kinds of heating system can be used alone or together.In the aspect of theory, this paper expounds on the biogas fermentation, solar radiation and the influencing factors of fermentation temperature basic theory knowledge, the influence of temperature on the gas, solar collector and other theoretical knowledge, for the design of the system and the selection of equipment parameters theoretical basis. In the experiment, carried out in accordance with the design requirements, material selection of equipment type selection, system building, commissioning. Low temperatures during the winter, with reference to different experimental scheme, the digester warming experiments, through relevant data acquisition instrument of the actual operation of data acquisition, processing and analysis. Verify the design of the biogas boiler heating system of solar collector in equipment selection and installation of the rationality and practicability of the system.By comparing different experimental scheme of the data collected in the analysis, it is concluded that solar energy joint gas boiler heating system feasible mode of digester warmer, warming effect is more ideal, to speed up the gas, promote the use efficiency of anaerobic fermentation device.
