| Cow dung is a good raw material resources, rich in nutrients and mineral elements. Well developed agriculture and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia, Inner Mongolia. according to statistics the number of cows nearly four million head of cattle manure attendant there 80 million tons per year, so the fermentation abundant raw materials, the use of cow dung biogas system, and utilization place a lot. Biogas as a natural, non-polluting, renewable energy, as the energy needs of rapid economic development is playing an increasingly important role.In this experiment, changes in gas production data to monitor changes in temperature and heating systems, solar heating variation analysis biogas fermenter tank of gas properties and temperature.Respectively, in the test temperature is 10℃, the combination test case of 18℃, 35℃ and stirring frequency is 0, I, and finally explore the best test composition. Test results by:temperature on biogas generation play a key role:stirred under suitable conditions also played a role in increasing the biogas production, but excessive stirring it will disrupt the normal microbial fermentation. Seen by the experimental data, the relationship between the total gas production of biogas (25℃,2n/d)> (25℃, In/d)> (25℃,0n/d)>(18℃,1n/d)>(18℃,2n/d)>(18℃,0n/d)>(10℃, 1n/d)> (10℃,0n/d)>(10℃,2n/d). Best combination:temperature 35℃, stirring is 2 times a day, the cumulative gas production of 9.46m3.Through exploration and research of this study found that in the northern region, measures to increase the heating and stirring significantly increased biogas gas production. |
