| Wheat is the second of the world’s total output of food crops, which is also one of the main food crops in our country. The main pests on the wheat are wheat aphid, red spider, underground pests, etc. Surveys in recent years showed that wheat aphid has become a popular pest occurred frequently on the wheat. The main hazards caused by wheat aphid include sucking sap from wheat, spreading virus disease and excreting honey dew, which affected the photosynthesis in wheat. The wheat aphids has high reproducibility, with diffuse and metastasis. The main measures to prevent and control wheat aphids damage are agricultural control and chemical control.Imidacloprid is a new type of broad-spectrum and inward-absorbent neonicotinoid insecticides, with lower toxicity, higher efficiency and selectivity, meanwhile less irritation to the skin, etc. It has become a widely applied pesticide in the production of food crops and vegetables. The special conducting mechanism of imidacloprid in several plant species results in its longer duration against sucking mouthparts pests and part of coleoptera pests(such as grubs).Seed coating is a pesticide formulation, which is developed with advanced technology and made of insecticides, fungicides, filmogen and other materials. It can be directly coated on the surface of seed or after dilution, forming the protective film with a certain degree of strength and permeability. The insecticide component in the seed coating is coated on the surface of the seeds, releases slowly in crop seedling stage, forms a protective barrier surrounding the seeds. The insecticide component could transferred to the upper part of the plant through the intake transportation, which can effectively prevent and control the crop pest in the seedling stage. The control effect of seed coating on the seedling pest may reach above70%. The seed dressing application on monocotyledon species, such as wheat, corn, indicates that the imidacloprid has control effect on aphids in the whole growth period.The probem of imidacloprid residues existence in food crops have been reported. Food crops containing imidacloprid residues consumed by animal and the human being, results in its bioaccumulation in vivo, which could cause chronic poisoning. Imidacloprid residues is one of the main factors affecting the food safety, and its analytical and detection methods has rasied considerable concern.Our research aims to compare LN with other products in the market on control effect on wheat aphid and safety on selected crops, thus provide basis for its widespread application and promotion. The experimental method in our research are, observing the control effect of three kinds of pesticide preparations on wheat aphid, evaluating the influence of pesticide preparations on wheats’ germination, growth and yield, analyzing the degradation dynamic of imidacloprid on wheat. The results are as follows:(1) compared with Gao-qiao and ZK treatment, LN has higher control efficiency on imidacloprid,(2) LN has iprompte effect on secondary root growth and tillering, compared with CK,(3) The amount of imidacloprid residues in LN treated wheat grain is lower than that of national standard. Above all, we conclude that LN has the value of application and promotion. |
