The paper based on comprehensive researching the research status of inter-till operation machine at home and abroad, aimed at state character of the northeast ridge area and combined with the agronomic character of one row in a small ridge cropping pattern and the special requirement about corn inter-tillage ripping operation in seedling period, a new corn inter-tillage ripping device in seedling period has been designed, meanwhile, completed key technology research of corn inter-tillage ripping device in seedling period by theoretical analysis, simulation analysis, finite element analysis and experimental research, and the main working content and corresponding results is as following:1.The whole machine of corn inter-tillage ripping device in seeding period has been designed by using Solidworks based on analyzing the character of corn one row in a small ridge and requirement about corn inter-tillage ripping in seeding period, in theory, the device realized its inter-tillage ripping function in seeding period, and the hole with the using of loosening soil, increase temperature and soil moisture cultivation has been made on the ridge side, meanwhile, the key part main frame, ridge and plate distance adjustable device and pressure force adjustable device has been designed. The working key part cone teeth plate has been designed based on measured corn root physical parameters in seeding period and ridge structure parameters. The loosen principle was analyzed by using graph method and determined the best structure parameters on ripping cone plate and pin teeth and its arrangement mode. Kinematic analysis about ripping cone plate teeth has been done and realized kinematics simulation analysis to its working process, the simulation results indicated that the testing point’s track curve, displacement curve,velocity curve and acceleration curve validated its right of kinematic analysis and its ripping theory.2.The finite element statics of cone teeth plate has been done by using solidworks simulation, and acquired its stress nephogram, strain nephogram and deformation nephogram, from the results we can see that stress distribution is even and its max stress is 24 Mpa is far smaller than yield stress of Q235, the device arrive at its strength requirement. Based on this, mode analysis has been done, obtain its front 6 rank mode and corresponding rigid frequency, the outside forcing frequency range is 7.14~35.72 is far smaller than rigid frequency, cone teeth plate’ damage won’t happen due to the resonance phenomenon.3.Two factors and three levels orthogonal test on cone teeth plate has been done, the working speed, pressure force and pin teeth row number was selected as factors, teeth cutting depth stability, teeth plate slide ratio and soil compactness difference was selected as index, acquire influence rules and optimize working parameters, the results indicated that teeth cutting depth stability is 94%, teeth plate slide ratio is 5.1% and soil compactness difference is 30.4N/cm2 when the working speed is 0.5m/s, pressure force is 1000 N and pin teeth row number is 12. The cone teeth plate realized its design function, the hole with the using of loosening soil, increase temperature and soil moisture cultivation on the ridge side.
