The Loxostege sticticalis L is part of the Lepidoptera, It’s a main pests of farming and family husbandry which have a wide range of host and once the outbreak of plague. There used to be four big outbreaks in our country, caused significant economic loss to our country agriculture. Agrypon flexorius T belonged to hymenoptera, ichneumon wasp, swollen hocks ichneumon subfamily, agger ichneumon genera. The earliest recorded is in LiangNing Sicheng and distributed in shanxi, hebei, Inner Mongolia and other regions, In order to make advantage of older larvae of Loxostege sticticalis Linne. The Agrypon flexorius T. mainly choose Loxostege sticticalis Linne to the parasitic, The study have less reported home and abroad. To control the harm of Loxostege sticticalis Linne to used the Loxostege sticticalis Linne. There have been a systematic study of the influence of the flight ability, temperture and humidity of Agrypon flexorius T. and the usage influence of energy reserves, and the consumption dynamic of energy reserves. At the same time, Using the technology of molecular markers to research the genetic diversity with seven different geographic populations of Agrypon flexorius T. The main results were as follows:1. Adult of different ages had different flight ablility,one-day adults were the worst fliers, three-day adults began to grow, five-day old adults were the best; Through the study of five-day old adults,we found that 20℃,and 60% RH are suitable for the adult flight of five-day old of Agrypon flexorius T.,It was decreased obviously of the flight capacity for Agrypon flexorius T., at above 28℃.At 20℃, the average flight time,average flight rate and the average flight distance of female were 1.123h,0.849m/s, 0.990km, male werel.250h、0.929km、0.838m/s.In 40%,60% and 80% RH, the flight time of female were 0.354h,0.829h and 0.176h, male were0.428h、 1.071h、0.313h, the relation between flight distance and humidity is similar to flight time and humidity. When the temperature increased, the flight time prolonged and the flight speed decreased. The flight speed was greater at a RH range of about 60%.2.Dry body weights were highest on five-day, The content of energy reserves is changing with the day increase, Energy reserves were less abundant during the day 1 and 3 of adults and were highest after f ive-day which they began to decline. The flight of Agrypon flexorius T. had a significant effect on the consumption dynamic of energy reserves at the different time. It needs consumes huge amounts of glycogen in the initial stages of flight. When the flight time is Within 5-10min of Agrypon flexorius T., The consumption of glycogen nearly 50%, and the content of glycogen had a little changed after 1 hour flight. While the change rules of glyceride began is, Glyceride consumption were highest within 1 hour fight, With line declined trend, After 1 hour flight, The downward trend is gradually slow. However, The glycerol is still in a state to be consumed.3. Flight temperture and humidity has significantly effects on the consumption and utilization of flight energy substances. The moth consumed lest energy materials including triglyceride and glycogen when they flew in the suitable temperature of 20~24℃ and suitable humidity of about 55%RH and consumed most when the ambient temperature and humidity beyond these scopes. The consumption of energy substances in the moths during flight also differed in sex. Consumption of energy substances in the female has been greater than male during flight at high temperature, as same as greater than female at extreme high and low humidity.4. Genetic diversity among 7 geographic populations of Agrypon flexorius T. collectedwas investigated using Inter-Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) markers. Total 139 color bright and clear amiplified bands from 13 ISSR primers, All were polymorphic (making up average is 85.68%). The genetic distances between 7 different populations were 0.0987~0.2646, The Nei’s similarity range is 0.7657~0.9263, Shannon information index is 0.1780~0.2540, coefficent of genetic (gene) differentiation is 0.0720-0.3532, and the estimated value of gene flow from was 3.2238.This paper provide theoretical basis for further study on flight ability and genetic diversity of Agrypon flexorius T. It has also suppled the fundamental data for making the effective strategy of Agrypon flexorius T. managemnet in China.
