In order to explore the coniferous endophytic fungi composition, structure and differences colonization site of coniferous. Clear the resource status of coniferous endophytic fungi in Hohhot. The paper investigated coniferous from four different planting site in Hohhot by tissue isolation method to identified endophytic fungi, and analysed the biological characteristics of the dominant genera. The results show that:1.1636 strains (209 strains of non spore) of endophytic fungi are separated from five species of conifers, belonging to 2 classes,5 orders,6 families,35 genera.303 strains of endophytic fungi are separated from Juniperus regida Sieb, et Zucc; belonging to 17 genera,314 strains of endophytic fungi are separated from Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.; belonging to 17 genera,384 strains of endophytic fungi are separated from Sabina chinensis; belong to 17 genera, and 326 strains of endophytic fungi are separated from Picea asperata Mast.; belong to 13 genera,309 strains of endophytic fungi are separated from Pinus sylvestris Linn. var. mongolica Litv.; belonging to 16 genera. Alternaria sp. and Penicillium sp. are the predominant grnera of five coniferous, with 27.81% and 13.14% of the gross respectively.2.386 strains of endophytic fungi are separated from QingCheng Park, belonging to 18 genera; The largest number of the strains and the genera.Different planting sites of conifers endophytic fungi have different population structures.In summary,endophytic fungi have a certain relationship with planting afforestation environment.3.361 strains of endophytic fungi are separated from the needles, belonging to 22 genera;The largest number of the strains and the genera. Penicillium sp. is the dominant genera in conifer sites, with 4.09% of the gross respectively. Some endophytic fungi only separated from the same part, that is show that endophytic fungi have tissue specificity.4. In the analysis of biological characteristics,25 ℃ is the best growth of different temperature conditions of Alternaria sp. and Penicillium sp.. Glucose is the optimalc arbon source of Alternaria sp., sucrose is the optimal carbon source of Penicillium sp. Ammonium nitrateas is the main nitrogen source of Alternaria sp.,potassium nitrate is the main nitrogen source of Penicillium sp..The grouth of endophytic fungi were in creased with concentration and sugar concentration.
