The object of this paper is endophytic fungi in Picea mongolica,which was from Baiyin Obao Nature Reserve of Keshiketeng Banner,Inner Mongolia.This paper studied the different ecological types(red fruit type,purple fruit type,green fruit type),different age-classes(young,middle age,old age),different parts(branch,needle,cone,bark,root)of Picea mongolica and the separation?purification and identification of them to determine the dominant strain and their appropriate growth environment.At the same time,this paper did the bacteriostatic study of dominant strain to understand the relationship between endophytic fungi and pathogen.The results were:1.The total of endophytic fungi were isolated from Picea mongolica was 890(including 37 without sporulation).According to the morphological observation and identification of 853 strains,the endophytic fungi was identified into 4 orders 5 families and 22 genera.The Alternaria sp.and Penicillium sp.were dominant species.2.The strains' distribution of different ages was different.Although the number of strains was not different between the three age groups,the species of endophytic fungi increased gradually with age.According to the number of endophytic fungi which was isolated from different parts,the endophytic fungi was ordered to the branch>bark>cone>needle>root.3.The similarity of endophytic fungi between red fruit type and purple fruit type was high,while the similarity between red fruit type and green fruit type was low.In the distribution of diversity,the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and evenness index of green fruit type were the highest,while the red fruit type were the lowest.4.Alternaria sp.and Penicillium sp.were more suitable for the light of 24 hours;the suitable growth temperature of Alternaria sp was 30? and the Penicillium sp.was 25?;the suitable pH value of Alternaria sp.and Penicillium sp.was 5.5 and 6;the suitable nitrogen and carbon sources of Alternaria sp.were peptone and maltose,the suitable nitrogen and carbon sources of Penicillium sp.were yeast extract and sucrose,respectively.5.The antibacterial effect of Alternaria sp.and clove brown spots disease,poplar(?)own spots disease and poplar rot disease was better;While the antibacterial effect between Penicillium sp.and elaeagnus angustifolia leaf spot and willow black spot disease and poplar gray spot disease was better.
