This study is about salmonella that causes the mastitis of dairy cow based on the study of dairy cow mastitis in accordance with the project of high quality and high producing dairy cow breeding in Ningxia province. Mastitis is one of the most common multiple diseases in the process of cultivation of dairy cow, which both effects on the quantity and quality of milk. There is also serious influence of post-partum estrus time and pregnancy time of cow and endanger people’s health. Clinical and recessive mastitis is source of the study in Ningxia province. The suspected salmonella strain was separated from the sample milk. The salmonella was the source of dairy cow mastitis. Biochemical identification was performed after separation. There was establishment and application of related genes of PCR detection methods. The serotype and drug tolerance of pathogenic salmonella of mastitis was identified and analyzed.1. The isolation and identification of salmonella was performed by traditional method after culture. The 18 strains of pathogenic salmonella of dairy cow mastitis were isolated in all. There was relevant report about five kinds of common primers that were hns, invA, hila, hut, and sms. The DNA of pathogenic salmonella was expanded by PCR. Finally,18 strains of pathogenic salmonella of dairy cow mastitis were identified and there were 12 strains of salmonella after confirmation.2. The serotype of pathogenic salmonella of mastitis was identified and analyzed. According to the available data,12 strains of pathogenic salmonella of dairy cow mastitis were identified under O antigen orrhology and the result showed that the main serum type of 12 strains of pathogenic salmonella of dairy cow mastitis were 04,04 and 12.Most of them were multivalent.3. The drug tolerance of pathogenic salmonella of mastitis was identified and analyzed. Many strains of salmonella were in multiple drug tolerance after 12 strains of pathogenic salmonella of dairy cow mastitis were examined. Drug resistance is higher than50% NAL, AMP, CFI, STR, TET, DC, AZI, a total of seven,accounting for the experimental use of antibiotics resistance rate of 58.3%, lower than 20%NOR, CRO, CTX, AKN for the experiments were always there is a big difference in resistance to antibiotics used antibiotics each of the 33.3% strains of bacteria.There was large difference between different strains of bacteria to antibiotics resistance.
