Antibiotics play a huge contribution to the treatment of bacterial diseases in animal and human. But, with the extensive use of antibiotics, the subsequently drug-resistent problem bring very big trouble to health of animal and human. Recent years, pig industry in our country is in inventive and scale rapid development, however, in some pig farms, unscientific and irregular phamacy makes generation of pig-sourced drug-resistence was increasingly serious. Especially, the common pig Salmonella exists extentive drug-resistence, which makes controlling effect to bactrial disease in clinic worse and worse. The problem of drug-resistance has become the prime threaten in pig clinical anti-bacterial treatment, which seriously effect the quality of pig products, and further threat the health of human. There have many research report the drug-resistance function to different antibiotics and detection and prevention ect of some drug-resistance genes about pig-sourced bacterial, especially pig Salmonella. This tusk is for asertaining the condition of drug resistance of bacteria, especially Salmonella, in pig farms in Harbin district, and provide reference for reasonable prevention of bacterial disease, especially Salmonella disease locally, and puts forward the corresponding measures for generating and increasing of drug-resistance of bacterial, especially Salmonella. This study collected pathological material from the 10 pig farms in harbin district.to culture bacterial and culture, isolation and identification of Salmonella. Minimal bacterial inhibitory concentrations of 18 kinds of antibiotics, i.e., aztreonam, ertapenem, imipenem, meropenem, piperacillin, ampicillin, polymyxin, ceftazidime, cefotaxime, cefepime, cefoxitin, tobramycin, ciprofloxacin, amikacin, gentamicin, tetracycline, tigecycline and nitrofurantoin, were determined by micro dilution method for the cultured bacterial and the 35 strains of Salmonella, and to judge the drug-resistance according to the CLSI standard; detection of 14 drug resistance genes of quinolones, beta lactam. tetracyclines and macrolides, etc. Performing the prevention experimen according to the results of drug sensitivity test and drug resistance genes test, performed preventive experiments. The results show that:1. The total bacteria has strong resistance to 12 kinds of antibiotics, the most sensitive drug is quinolone ciprofloxacin; total bacteria exist the phenomenon of multiple drug resistance, there is no single antibiotic resistant bacteria. Detection of quinolone, beta lactam. tetracyclines, macrolides and transposon from total bacterial plasmid DNA for 8 genes.2. The isolated 35 Salmonella strains all have drug-resistat to the 18 kinds of antibiotics in different degree, all are resistant to ampicillin, drug-resistant rate of gentamicin is 92%, ciprofloxacin takes the second, resistance rate to tigecycline was the lowest;. Multi drug resistant strains concentrated between 6~9 kinds of drug resistance, which takes up 94% of the multidrug resistant strains.3. Total 8 drug-resistent genes tetA、tetB、ermB、ermC、ermF、blaCTX-M、intI and blaNDM-1 are detected in Salmonella are detected. tetA positive strains are detected the most, blaNDM-1 positive strains are detected the least; number of drug-resistent genes detected is at 3 strains; the proportion of strains detected 1 and 6 drug-resistance genes is the least.4. After the use of ciprofloxacin lactate and tigecycline powder in pig farms, the total incidence rate decreased by 56% as compared with that in 2011 and decreased by 70.7% as compared with that in 2012,indidence of Salmonella decresed by 85.2% as compared with that in 2011, and decreased by 88.1% as compared with that in 2012.In summary, the Salmonella isolated from pig farms in harbin district have drug-resistence to a plurality of antibiotics, lots of multiple drug-resistance and many kinds of drug-resistence genes exist. Accoding to the experimental results to formulate preventive pharmacy solution for pig farms and achieved good preventive effects. The results not only provide reference for the reasonable use of antimicrobial drugs, and decrease the generation and transferation of Salmonella drug-resistence locally, but also lay the fundation for the effectively controll the occurrence of bacterial disease.
