In the production of fox, raccoon dog and mink, fur is the main product, the carcasses are disposed as by-products. Especially taking these animal skins in a short time, the carcasses are accumulating. If they are not treated properly, there will be negative results on the environments. For the rational use of these resources, experiments were carried out.In experiment 1, 10 foxes, 10 raccoon dogs, and 10 minks were randomly selected, after just slaughtered carcass, they were skinned. Fox, raccoon dogs and mink carcass flesh mud mixed by 2:7:1 ratio. Analysis results showed that, the content of crude protein of the tankage was 40%; the fat content was 15.2%; the content of calcium was 12.2%; total phosphorus was 6%, lead content was1.4mg/kg, cadmium and chromium were not detected; arsenic content was 0.121mg/kg. From the test results, the contents of nutrients and heavy metals in the raccoon dog meat meal were in accordance with the heavy metals in pork and chicken standard for human consumption. In experiment 2,15 raccoon dogs were randomly selected to explore the raccoon production level. The results showed that, the average slaughter rate was 61.99% raccoon fur producing rate was 23.10%; 47.80% meat rate; net meat rate was 59.79%; the fat rate was 19.96%; the rate of bone 20.22%; p H = 6.3; meat color score 3.4. That raccoon dog carcass net meat rate was quite high, the p H value and meat color were within the normal range of meat. It showed raccoon dog production had feeding value.
