Eucalyptus because of its fast-growing fertility characteristics, become one of the main tree species in southern cultivation in our country, widely planted in guangxi region. Eucalyptus is not capable of nitrogen-fixing as that of the leguminous plants, it dependent completely on fertilizer use and consumption in the soil nutrients to maintain and promote its growth, so moer consumption to soil fertility. Therefore,3 kinds azotobacter complex fertilizer in different bacterium contain were made, and fertilize test were does in this paper by the method of randomized block design on young bud forest of Eucalyptus urophyllaXE. grandis 3229 clone, after 1 year the trees of growth, physiology as well as the nutrient element content in eucalyptus leaves were determined. The test results show that:(1) Add azotobacter fertilizer could promote the growth of eucalyptus tree height, diameter at breast height, biomass, et al.. The growth of trees of 3 kinds azotobacter complex fertilizer were more obvious than that of CKl and CK2. Thereinto them, the azotobacter complex fertilizer NO.1 of bacteria content lower was preferably than that of azotobacter complex fertilizer NO.2 and NO. 3. The growth of trees of azotobacter complex fertilizer NO.3 of bacteria content heighter was lower than that of NO.1 and NO.2.(2) Effects were distinctness to physiology quideline of contain water rate, content of proline, content of chlorophyll, et al. of the trees after fertilizered the azotobacter complex fertilizer. Among of them, the difference of contain water rate and content of chlorophyll were in evidence. Azotobacter complex fertilizer could promote these physiology quideline.(3) after fertilizered the azotobacter complex fertilizer, the nutrient element content in eucalyptus leaves were distinctness difference. The total number nitrogen was increased, the total number phosphorus taked a balance, but the total number potassium was distinctness decrease. The azotobacter complex fertilizer NO.1 was preferably than that of NO.2 and NO.3.(4) In this test the promote effects to the trees of the azotobacter complex fertilizer NO.1 that bacteria content 3×109-4×109个/g had best, but that of the azotobacter complex fertilizer NO.3 that bacteria content 9×109-10×109 个/g was apparent difference in majority be determined quideline.Through eucalyptus fertilization experiment in different nitrogen fixing bacteria content of researches, understand the different of nitrogen-fixing bacteria content on eucalyptus budding young forest growth, the influence of inorganic feilizer from screening suitable eucalyptus growth azotobacter formula, bacteria content of eucalyptus "green fertilizer" and has far-reaching significance for the development of eucalyptus plantation.
