Soil is the main surface of the Earth, because of a long rocky natural erosion and the formation of a more loose texture of the material, the main structure is a lot of layers of different thicknesses minerals.Soil composition variety, structure, properties and functions of the various compounds are relatively complex, can provide a wealth of nutrients and adequate moisture for growth and energy exchange plants on Earth. Because the soil has been constantly suffering the effects of various physical, chemical and biological factors, such as climate, texture early formation of microbial environment and human activities, and therefore, the formation of the different sources of soil have different characteristics. Soil and human activities there is a very close relationship in the early era of forensic science, it has been used as a trace of evidence tracking analysis to determine the merits. Soil has been able to become one of the five main forms of forensic trace evidence, because of the complexity and significant physical, chemical, biological and mineralogical characteristics it has these characteristics because of the different position of the soil geographic regions have different characteristics. Currently, research on soil as forensic trace trace evidence abroad has been a relatively simple application, but did not find in the domestic application of the relevant.Explore the main idea is to collect before the autumn sowing wheat in Shandong Province from 87 regions in wheat field soil samples to serve as a systematic study of this thesis experiment, chemical and biological aspects of the three, drawn corresponding data, step by step to classify, identify and ultimately achieve the purpose of the samples of soil origin. Then, in this study, the system randomly selected samples(blind selection), were analyzed to identify its physical, chemical and biological aspects, based on the experimental data obtained explore as compared to the standard, progressively blind samples were analyzed to determine the election and verify that can accurately confirm the origin of the soil samples. If the judge several times higher accuracy rate, indicating that the inquiry method is feasible. You can use this research methods and ideas to promote the analysis and identification of more detailedunder the conditions applied to the soil. Such as wheat fields around the Shandong province in different seasons of the soil, soil composition and more different types of terrain analysis, so as to establish a database covering the soil in most areas of Shandong Province, provides a reliable method for the foundation and basis.Experimental methods involved in this thesis are:(1)Analysis of soil samples property use apparent method, mainly for research classification of soil samples color and texture,You can study the system in 87 soil samples were divided according to the color: Red: 19, Yellow: 31, Black 37.Based on soil texture classification for each color sample:①Red sand 10, ②Red loam 6, ③Red Clay 3, ④Yellow sand 17, ⑤Yellow loam 12, ⑥Yellow Clay 2, ⑦Black Sand 12, ⑧Black loam 19, ⑨Black clay 6.(2)Nine samples were apparent classified categories, the use of scanning electron microscopic observation of their scanned images were recorded to calculate the level of bacteria particle size,Found in the general area of the particle sample 100 ~ 700μm2, so the development of A, B, C, D, E, F five classification level, continued classification.(3)The use of spectroscopy for chemical elements in soil samples for quantitative analysis of chemical elements in the main test for Na, Mg, Al, Fe and other elements in accordance with the characteristics of the sample analysis to identify its make.(4)Using infrared spectroscopy compounds in soil samples for qualitative analysis, mainly infrared spectra peak position by reading the sample specific chemical functional groups, determine the appropriate chemical properties.(5)The use of T-RFLP analysis of community structure in soil samples of microbial survival, nature and function of differences, to further define the characteristics of different sources of soil samples, so as to achieve the purpose of identification of the soil samples.Different sources of soil samples in terms of content and quality of the various components of the component species there are some differences, as victims or criminals who comes on the scene of the crime a small amount of soil, combined with the experiment explore methods of analysis to identify differences in soil stabilization, as the study of trace evidence tracking suspects and the victim or the crime scene linked together, in order to prove its related criminal activities.
