Harbin Urban Forensic Soil Mycoflora Preliminary Study

The research object of this project is to study the soil fungus of four Urban districts of Harbin in Heilongjiang province including Nangang District, Xiangfang District, Daowai District and Songbei District, During the spring and autumn of 2008 and 2009, three kinds of soil from woodland,farmland and lawn in the districts of Harbin city was treated by the dilution plate method for isolating soil fungus, about 52 kinds of soil fungus were isolated and identified.The results of fungi flora composition in spring show that the Penicillium Link, Paecilomyces Bainier, Aspergillus Link, Trichoderma Pers, Fusarium Link and Saccharomyces are the dominant species in all the urban areas of Harbin; Gliocladium Corda, Tubercularia Tode and Stachybotrys are the special species in Nangang District ; Hymenella Fr., Cephalosporium Corda, Verticillium Nees,Cladosporium Link and Candida Berkhout are the special species in Daowai District ; Dinemasporium Lev, Epicoccum Link and Curvularia Baedijn are the special species in Songbei District; Pithomyces Berkeley and Broome, Fusarium Lik and Myrothecium Tode are the mutual species in Xiangfang District and Songbei District.The results of fungi flora composition in spring show that the Penicillium Link, Paecilomyces Bainier, Aspergillus Link, Trichoderma Pers., Fusarium Link , Saccharomyces, Gliocladium Corda and Verticillium Nees are the dominant species in all the urban areas of Harbin; Eurotiaceae, Oidiodendron, Aureobasidium, Cunninghamella, Botryoderma, Beauveria, Stachybotrys, Phomopsis and Endoconospora are the special species in Nangang District ; Stachylidium, Mucor, Gliocephalotrichum, Aposphaeria, Asteromyces, Hansfordia and Geniculodendron are the special species in Xiangfang District; Dinemasporium Lev, Epicoccum Link, Curvularia Baedijn, Candida Berkhout, Hymenella Fr. And Aremonium are the special species in Songbei District; Myrothecium Tode is the mutual species in Xiangfang District and Nangang District, Phoma and Phialophora are the nonexistent species in Daowai District; Gilmaniella is the nonexistent species in Xiangfang District; Cephalosporium Corda s the nonexistent genera in Nangang District; Alternaria Nees is the mutual species in Daowai District and Nangang District, Pyrenochaeta is the mutual species in Songbei District and Nangang District, Curvularia Baedijn is the mutual species in Songbei District and Xiangfang District, Nodulisporium is the mutual species in Nangang District and Xiangfang District, Cladosporium Link s the mutual species in Daowai District and Xiangfang District.According the research results of the spring and autumn, we can draw an conclusion that the species of fungus in autumn is more that it in spring; furthermore, the special fungus of the same land is also different in different seasons.According to the special species of fungus in different urban district, the flora studies draw following conclusion: the results of sampling blind-test experiment in two districts indicate that the conformity of the overall strains is 77% and 80% while the conformity of special strains is: 71% and 64%. In different place and different season, the species of fungus is different, furthermore, this difference is stable and regular. The analysis for regional distribution can provide new biological method for the medical jurisprudence.
