In this paper, paraffin methods, xylotomy, dispersing of vessel elements and microphotography techniques were used to investigate anatomical structure of leaves, petioles, caulicle and secondary xylem of Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb lived in Chuangchun, shade and sun environment. We analyzed the evolutive structures of Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb in different environments with detail data information. The experimental purpose was to discuss the relationship between anatomical structure of Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb and lived environment. For the same plant lived in different environment have different anatomical structure. For example, plants lived in shade and sun environments have different external morphologies and internal evolutive structures. In this work, we have fully discussed the relation lived in environment of plant and biological structure characteristics. The experimental images and measured data showed that Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb lived in shade and sun environment had same basic structures. However, due to environmental stress, plants have evolved in different anatomy characteristics. The paraffin method was applied to analysis the anatomical structures of leaves, petioles and stems. The leaves under shade and sun environments are both composed of epidermis, mesophyll and leaf vein. But, the shade and sun leaves showed the difference in leaf blade thickness, stratum corneum thickness, palisade tissue, spongy tissue, and ratio of palisade parenchyma thickness to spongy parenchyma thickness. The petiole under shade and sun environments are composed with epidermis, primary tissue and vascular bundle, but showed differences in petioles corneum thickness, the number of vascular bundles, the degree of aggregation and the number of glandular hairs. Stems lived in two in different environments are both composed of epidermis, cortex and vascular bundle, but the lengths of the pith, the number of myeloid cells and myeloid intracrystalline are different. The results showed that Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb lived in sun environment had thicker cuticle, more developed conducting tissue, tightly arranged vascular bundles and more large-diameter tube. These structures contributed to transport water. And the density of ray in Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb lived in sun environment were greater than the shade ones, which indicated that the ones had stronger ability of transporting the photosynthesis products. The results of vessel elements dispersing experiment showed that Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb lived in sun environment, compared to the ones lived in shade environment, had longer caliber of vessel. The different anatomical structures of Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb lived in shade and sun environment proved environments have important influence in plant morphogenesis and showed Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb can adapt to drought stress environment, which provides a theoretical basis for Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Ledeb cultivation and application in the future.
