Cerambycidae has always been one of families which has a large number of amount, a variety of species in coleoptera, nowadays, with the in-depth study of Cerambycidae, the world has recorded 45000 kinds of longicorn. Longicorn beetles are forest and agriculture pest which always cause very severe damage in forest resources and fruit production. Therefore, researching their feature and habitual nature has very significant economic value. The main results of this article are as follows:summarizing the condition simply of Dalaoling Nature Reserve in Hubei, analyzing detailedly and studying in depth on the cerambycidae insect’s classification system, discussing concisely the distribution and diversity characteristics of cerambycidae insects in this nature reserve, the detailed results are summarized respectively as follows:1. The classification of longicorn adultIn this paper, more than 6000 (including in excess of 2000 specimen which collected in this year) Dalaoling longicorn beetles are studied on the system identification, a total of 5 subfamilies,63 genera,82 species. Each species is made detailed description and taken photographs of imagoes. In this thesis, two new species are studied:Pseudocallidium dalaolingensis sp.nov. and Morimospasma dalaolingensis Xie, Zou & Wang,2014; firstly recording the male of Lepturinae two species:one is first recorded by wen-kai Wang and Jiang Shunan in 1994 which named Eustrangalis latericollis Wang & Chiang,1994, the other is Pygostrangalia silvestriii (Tippmann, 1955); new species and firstly recording males are made relatively detailed anatomic studies and taken photographs of their genitalia; finding 3 genera and 4 species that are firstly recorded in Hubei province. Keys for species of some genera are given in this thesis too.2. Fauna study of Cerambycidae in Dalaoling Nature ReserveAccording to the latest animal geographical division standards, Dalaoling in Hubei now belongs to Sino-Japanese region and Central China. This paper gives the list of Dalaoling cerambycidae insects, and according to this, the author analyzing further about the distribution of these known 63 genera and 82 species within World’s and Chinese zoogeographical regions. It shows that Dalaoling longicorn beetles fauna is a typical nature of Sino-Japanese region, and the relationship with Oriental region is near. On the contrary, it has a remote relationship with Palaearctic region and Nearctic region. Species in bom Sino-Japanese region and Oriental region are largely more than Sino-Japanese species, the former accounting for 41.46 percent,34 species in total, the latter just 17.07 percent; species in Sino-Japanese, Palaearctic, Oriental three regions are secondary, accounting for 34.15 percent; species in Sino-Japanese, Palaearctic, Oriental and Nearctic four regions are least, only 1 species, almost 1.2 percent. Species existing in south, north, central and southwest four regions in China at the same time are largely, which are 17.07 percent,14 species aggregately; species that four areas distribution type, five areas distribution type, six areas distribution type are all most, they are all 18 species in total, accounting for 21.95 percent; three areas distribution type accounting for 10.98 percent,9 species aggregately; species distributed in two areas or Central China are 8 species, accounting for 9.76 percent; the nationwide species are least, only 3 species, almost 3.7 percent.3. Diversity of Cerambycidae in Dalaoling Nature Reserve of HubeiIn this article, the author selects the diversity index to analyze the diversity of Dalaoling cerambycidae insects. According to the calculation results, we draw the conclusion:from April to August, diversity index of the Dalaoling Nature Reserve being in order from lower to higher is:August’s lower than April’s, April’s lower than June’s, June’s lower than may’s, may’s lower than July’s; altitude belts range from 1100-to-1300-m belt,900-to-1100-m belt,1500-to-1700-m belt to 1300-to-1500-m belt. The similarity indexs are variant among different months, May and June is most analogous which similarity coefficient is 0.56, standing for moderate resemblance, June and July, June and August, July and August are all moderate dissimilarity, others are very dissimilarity. The similarity indexs of four altitude belts are different between 0.25-0.50, which standing for moderate dissimilarity.900-to-1100-m belt and 1100-to-1300-m belt are most analogous which similarity coefficient is 0.49; the similarity coefficient of 900-to-1100-m belt and 1300-to-1500-m belt is minimum, which is 0.28; however, the similarity coefficient of 1100-to-1300-m belt and 1500-to-1700-m belt,1300-to-1500-m belt and 1500-to-1700-m belt are all 0.3.
