The test of Bursa rana on biological and ecological characteristics were preliminary exploration, to carry out Bursa rana living habits of observation, growth relationship between the indicators and research of dew air capacity, of salinity and different diets, of different substrates on the growth and survival. The aim is to understand the law of life, Bursa rana growth characteristics, to provide theoretical guidance for aquaculture Bursa rana. The main results are as follows:1.Study on the biological characteristics of Bursa ranaBy observing Bursa rana in the activities of the breeding box and found that it likes to perch in the environment with good water quality, there is no obvious potential sand habit nocturnal; diet is carnivorous, miscellaneous small crabs, small miscellaneous shrimp, small miscellaneous fish and shellfish can be used as the biological bait.Through measuring shell height, shell width and weight of Bursa rana, the relationship between the growth indices. The results show that shell height was about1.4 times the shell width, fresh weight of 35.18% of body weight, shell weight as a percentage of body weight 61.63%; body weight and shell height relationship: Y =1.7305X+13.807(R2=0.77), relation between body weight and shell width:Y=1.0767X+14.591(R2=0.705), shell height and shell width relationship for Y=0.5268X+12.122(R2=0.701).Comparison of two specifications of Bursa rana in exposure and dry and wet dew under the condition of dew air capabilities, the results show that, in dry state, small size and large size half lethal time are 48~64h.; in the wet state, small size semi lethal time 64~72h, large size semi lethal time 72~80h. The air dew ability: large size >small size, dry dew > dry dew.2.Study on adaptability of Bursa rana to salinityThis experiment observed Bursa rana in the salinity range of 6.0 ‰ ~40.0 ‰ in18 salinity gradient in seawater on the growth, survival situation, the results show that:Bursa rana suitable survival critical salinity for 9.33% ~38%, 14% ~28% for optimal survival salinity range, suitable growth salinity range 9.33% ~ 37%, the optimum growth salinity range of 18% ~ 26%3.Study on the effects of different diets on growth of common frogThrough the Bursa rana feeding different biological bait, to observe the growth, from daily growth shows, small miscellaneous shrimp group > small miscellaneous fish group > oyster group; relative growth rate and specific growth rate were:miscellaneous small shrimp group > small miscellaneous fish group > oyster group;cast feed a small miscellaneous shrimp of Bursa rana growth more favorable, small miscellaneous fish while oyster feeding effect is poor.Through the breeding effect comparison of fresh bait and chilled food on Bursa rana growth, on the day growth :small miscellaneous shrimp > small fish > chilled little shrimp > chilled little fish;relative growth rate: miscellaneous small shrimp >small miscellaneous fish > chilled small miscellaneous fish > ice fresh small trash shrimp, fresh food is better than ice fresh bait; specific growth rate: miscellaneous small shrimp group > small miscellaneous fish group > chilled small miscellaneous shrimp group > ice fresh small miscellaneous fish, fresh food group were better than ice fresh bait group; average daily bait to yield small miscellaneous shrimp were37.5%, chilled small miscellaneous shrimp group 74.47%, small miscellaneous fish group 48.53%, ice fresh small miscellaneous fish group 78.53%. In conclusion, Bursa rana like feeding the fresh bait.4.Study on the effects of different substrates on the growth of Bursa ranaThrough the study of different sediment of Bursa rana effect on the growth. The results showed that different substrates on Bursa rana into a spiral of survival rate had little effect, group of gravel and sand the best condition of growth; Growth: sand group > gravel group > without substrate group > sediment group; relative growth rate:sand group > gravel group > without substrate group > sediment group; specific growth rate: sand group > gravel group > without substrate group > sediment group.Culture is the best group of sand, gravel group, sediment group is the worst.
