Microbial fertilizer is a specific biological products what is made of one or more microorganisms and with high energy fertilizer effect, it has growth-promoting, stress-resistance and so on various different effect to the plant. This test use the homemade microbial fertilizer made by Bacillus megaterium(DU07) strain, as the base fertilizer and topdressing on planting of Eucalyptus Urophylla Clone DH32-29 plantation. Test will explores the strain as the role of microbial fertilizer on Eucalyptus plantation characteristics and change law of each index by measuring the three years of Eucalyptus plantation’s growth, soil microorganism quantity, soil nutrient and soil enzyme, soil humus and litter nutrients, to provide the theoretical basis of the development and application for this strain, and provide help for the sustainable development of Eucalyptus also. The test results are as follows:1.In different fertilization of Eucalyptus plantation, the different application of specialty fertilizer for eucalypt(CK1),microbial fertilizer(NO.1 to NO.5 microbial fertilizer),unvaccinated strains with fertilizer(CK2,CK3),significant differences in indexes have DBH, total phosphorus, and extremely significant differences in indexes have bacteria, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, ammonia nitrogen. By on DBH of effect differences arranged for:No.1>CK1>No.4>CK2>No.2> CK3>No.3>No.5;on total phosphorus for:CKl>No.4>No.1>CK3>No.2>No.3> CK2>No.5;on bacteria for:No.4>No.1>No.2>No.3>No.5>CK3>CK2>CKl;on nitrogen-fixing bacteria for:No.5> No.2> No.4> No.1> No.3>CK2>CK1>CK3; on ammonia nitrogen for:CK3> No.2> No.1>CK1> No.4> No.3> No.5>CK2.2.1n different fertilization contrast experiment that substrate of peat soil microbial fertilizer what contains different Bacillus megaterium(DU07) quantity, significant differences in indicators have total phosphorus; extremely significant differences in indexes have bacteria, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, ammonia nitrogen. When does not contain Bacillus megaterium(DU07), total phosphorus content in the soil at most,2.35 g/kg; When Bacillus megaterium(DU07) content is 3×109~ 4×109a/g, the number of bacteria in soil at most,5.65×107a/g; When Bacillus megaterium(DU07) content is 4×109~5×109a/g, the number of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in soil at most,7.48×105a/g; When Bacillus megaterium(DU07) content is 3×109~4×109a/g, most content of ammonia nitrogen in the soil,12.86 mg/kg.3.In different fertilization contrast experiment that substrate of fermented cassava residue microbial fertilizer what contains the same Bacillus megaterium(DU07) quantity, all the indexes were not significant difference.4.In different fertilization contrast experiment that substrate of peat soil microbial fertilizer what Bacillus megaterium(DU07) based on different culture medium but contained the same content, significant differences in indicators have nitrogen-fixing bacteria. The strains cultured by Ashby medium(No.5) is better than cultured by beef-peptone medium(No.3) for the effect of nitrogen-fixing bacteria quantity in soil,the nitrogen-fixing bacteria amounted to 9.54×105a/g.5.In different fertilization contrast experiment that substrate of different matrix microbial fertilizer what contains the same Bacillus megaterium(DU07) quantity, significant differences in indexes have nitrogen-fixing bacteria, nitrate nitrogen, litter total potassium, extremely significant differences in indexes have bacteria. the substrate fermented cassava residue(No.4) is better than peat soil(No.3) for the effect of bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria,the number of bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria is 6.13×107a/g and 7.37×105a/g; the substrate peat soil(No.3) is better than fermented cassava residue(No.4) for the effect of Soil nitrate nitrogen and litter total potassium,Soil nitrate nitrogen and litter total potassium content is 5.15 mg/kg and 1.52 g/kg.6.Through different test each index comprehensive contrast, we know that specialty fertilizer for eucalypt for eucalyptus plantation effects is better than only add peat soil or fermented cassava residue as fertilizer substrate; In microbial fertilizer, when Bacillus megaterium(DU07) content is 3×109~ 4×109a/g, the effect is best; The Bacillus megaterium(DU07) strains effect in microbial fertilizer cultured by beef-peptone medium is better than cultured by Ashby medium; fermented cassava residue as the substrate in microbial fertilizer effect is better than peat soil.7.Significant differences of indicators is less, then the effect of the homemade microbial fertilizer is same of the effect the specialty fertilizer for eucalypt.
