Sugarcane is the main sugar crop.As a C4 crop, there are five stages of growth and development, namely, seedling stage, tillering stage, elongation period, maturity period and harvest period.Sugarcane has a longer growth cycle and consumes more soil than other carbon four crops. There are many nutrients, and sugarcane has different requirements for soil nutrient content and enzyme activity at different stages of growth.Under different fertilization treatments,it is important to analyze sugarcane soil nutrients, enzyme activities, soil bacterial microbial changes and the relationship between the three,in order to improve sugarcane yield and quality, optimize its fertilization and promote the sustainable development of agricultural production Scientifically planting sugar cane provides a theoretical basis.Test settings: mixed application of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer(ONPK),slow release bag controlled fertilizer treatment(NPKD),single application of compound fertilizer treatment(NPK),single application of organic fertilizer treatment(O)and no fertilizer treatment(CK)In this treatment, the physiological indexes, soil nutrient contents and enzyme activities of the new plant and the perennial sugarcane at seedling stage, tillering stage, elongation stage and mature stage were determined and the differenceswere compared;and the fertilization treatment of perennial sugarcane was optimized in the second year. The soil nutrients, enzyme activity and soil nutrient treatment of the four fertilizer treatments of mixed application of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer(ONPK),slow release bag control(NPKD),single application compound fertilizer(NPK)and control non-fertilization(CK)during sugarcane harvest The relationship between soil microbes bacteria and fungi was studied.(1)The mixed application of organic roots and compound fertilizers of sugarcane in root cane stalk yield and sucrose content was significantly higher than that of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer of newly planted sugarcane.Increased by 17.14% and 37.32%;Among them, the organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer mixed application treatment significantly increased the yield of cane stalks by 38.12%-76.59%,and the sugar production increased by 33.97%-80.42%;and during the tillering stage of sugarcane, the soil nutrient content was the highest,of which ONPK treatment was more than other fertilizer treatments There are significant differences(p <0.05).The contents of soil organic matter, soil alkaline nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil increased by 1.94% ? 22.52%,6.54% ? 15.93%,3.26% ? 24.13%,respectively.11.79% ? 32.93%.(2)Soil urease, soil invertase and soil acid phosphatase have the highest activity during the maturity period, but the difference is notobvious throughout the growth period. The soil urease, invertase and acid phosphatase of ONPK treatment are significantly higher than those of other treatments,respectively.7.90% ? 28.13%,12.23% ? 20.06%,10%? 46.67%;the sugarcane yield and sugar yield of NPKD treatment have no significant advantages compared with other treatments, which is consistent with the change range of soil nutrient content, between NPK treatment and O treatment However, the soil enzyme activity was only lower than that of ONPK treatment. The soil urease, soil invertase and soil acid phosphatase increased by 2.7% ? 18.75%,5.14% ? 6.98%,33.33% ? 21.21 compared with the other three treatments.%;Simultaneous application of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer helps to promote the growth and development of sugarcane root length and root surface area, while improving soil fertility while increasing soil enzyme activity;slow-release bag controlled fertilization treatment increases soil enzyme activity to a certain extent.(3)Mixed application of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer is beneficial to increase soil nutrient content and enzyme activity compared with other fertilization treatments;meanwhile, the abundance of microbial bacteria under this treatment is higher than other fertilization treatments but the bacterial community structure is composed of different fertilization treatment conditions There is no significant difference under the different conditions;the dominant populations of microbial bacteriaunder different fertilization treatments are Proteobacteria,Campylobacter,Actinomycetes and Acidobacteria,in which environmental factors include soil invertase, soil pH,total phosphorus,Total potassium,alkali-decomposed nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium have a correlated effect on soil bacterial abundance and community structure.(4)The mixed application of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer has increased the species composition of soil fungi to a certain extent, and also reduced the abundance of Basidiomycota;the soil of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, and alkali of slow-release bag controlled fertilization The content of nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium was significantly lower than that of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer, but it promoted soil enzyme activity to a certain extent;slow-release bag-controlled fertilization treatment improved Ascomycota,Basidiomycota,Unclssified-The abundance of k-fungi and brown algae can promote the fungal community structure and abundance to a certain extent, and soil fungi are less affected by soil pH.
