| This study completely randomized experimental design, took the annual potted seedlings of Analysis of the effects of different concentrations of heavy metals lead nitrate (Omg/L〠300mg/Lã€600mg/Lã€900mg/Lã€1200mg/L) on seedling growth Machilus pauhoi K., by measuring their growth and physiological indicators to analyze its resistance capabilities for heavy metal lead nitrate. The results show that:1.Different concentrations of heavy metals lead nitrate influences on the targets of Machilus pauhoi Kanchir seedling growth. With the increasing of the concentration of the heavy metal, the seedling height increment, ground diameter increment, Aboveground biomass, underground biomass, whole plant biomass, the number of root tips, root length, root surface area, root volume and total root mean diameter all showed the trends that increased first and then decline, And reached the maximum at 300mg/L stress treatment。 Shoot ratio basically showing an flat upward trend.2.The effects of different concentrations of heavy metals lead nitrate on physiological characteristics of Machilus pauhoi Kanchir seedlings are also different。With the rises of stress concentration, Machilus pauhoi Kanchir seedling chlorophyll content and SOD activity both have the trends that increased first and then decline, the highest value appeared at 600mg/L and 300mg/L。Instead, MDA concentration and conductivity are experiencing a trend that decline first and then increased. Min appeared at 300mg/L under stress treatments.Comprehensive comparative analysis, watering some degree of lead nitrate solution to some extent promote Machilus pauhoi Kanchir seedling growth, but high concentrations of lead nitrate solution will make it grow impaired the test results show that Machilus pauhoi Kanchir seedlings in the concentration of 300 mg/L under the heavy metal lead nitrate can growth better, under 600 mg/L the heavy metal lead nitrate already show that the stress of lead nitrate, irrigate 900 mg/L,1200 mg/L lead nitrate solution is obvious stress to their growth. Comprehensive show that Machilus pauhoi K. seedlings for heavy metal lead nitrate has a certain resistance, suitable for heavy metal pollution in some areas to promote planting. |
