The Photosynthesis and physiological characteristics of yellow-leave mutant ylm, plant shape mutants (dwarf dell, dwarf excessively-tillering dell, creeping crp), large grain mutant lgm and heading stage mutant lslh were studied. The main results are as follows:1. Compared with the wild type, ylm most obvious manifestation is the yellowing of leaves, plant height, slow growth, Chla, Chlb, Car of the content is less than the wild type, Chla/b value is higher; ylm maximum photosynthetic efficiency (Fv/Fm) between0.33to0.57, lower than the wild-type, electron transport rate (ETR), photochemical quenching (qP) and non-photochemical quenching (NPQ) were significantly lower than the wild type; The SOD activity of ylm was weaker than the wild type, its anti-photo-oxidation capacity decreased, while MDA content was significantly higher than the wild type. The Yellow Coloration-lethal phenotype was controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene.2. Compared with Nipponbare dell performance of dwarf plants (plant height was53.1%of Nipponbare), a slight increase in the number of tillers and infertility or fertility decline and other traits. dell in the early growth stage photosynthetic rate than the control, intermediate and late childbearing are much the same with the control group, while its maximum photochemical efficiency in the fertility front, middle and late than wild-type large. Dwarf mutants in the early heading chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b ratio is greater than the wild type, heading no significant difference with the wild type; dwarf mutant multi tiller heading chlorophyll content greater than the pre-wild-type, and chlorophyll a and the ratio of chlorophyll b is smaller than the wild type, in the heading of the chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b ratio was less than the wild type.3. Compared with the parental Gui99, dtl2plant height decreased significantly reduced by approximately30%, while the tillering capacity enhancement, which is about5.4times the control, the performance of multi-tillering dwarf.4. Compared with Gui99, plant height of dtl2declined obviously, reduced by approximately30%, and tillering ability enhancement, which is about5.4times of the compared, the performance of multi-tillering dwarf.5. The PSII photochemical efficiency biggest Fv/Fm, electron transfer rate ETR, Fv/Fm of crp than the wild type is little difference, but its NPQ for197.8%of the wild type.6. Respectively, the stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of the mutant Igm is75.0%and77.2%of9311. Pn, InTCO2, PAR, Fv/Fm, ETR, Fv/Fm equivalence and wild type both difference is not obvious, while the qP, NPQ to91.9%and167.9%of the wild type.7. Mutant lslh overall photosynthesis than Kitaake, its leaf width is wide than wild type, transpiration rate, its PAR is larger than wild type.
