Pine wilt disease(Bursaphelenehus xylophilus(steine&Buhrer) Nickle) is a destructive forestdisease caused by pine wood nematode. There is no very effective method of prevention and cure so far.Under natural conditions, Pine wood nematode is live in the dark environment for a long time, is verysensitive to light and produce avoidance behavior. Therefore, further study the inhibitory effects ofdifferent color light conditions on the pine wood nematode populations, analyze the effect of light ontheir different reproductive behavior, explore the light-sensitive gene expression regulation mechanism, for further study the reproductive biology of pine wood nematode, research and development its lightsensitive gene specificity growth inhibitor and the new technology for prevention and control is of greatsignificance. This thesis systematically studied the influence of different wavelengths of light on the propagationof pine wood nematode populations, analyse the effect of blue light on pine wood nematode populations, egg hatchability, development rate, sex ratio, and the body length, and determined the inhibitory effectof bule light on the embryonic development of nematodes, the PWN’s light sensitive gene has carriedon the preliminary screening. The main results are as follows:1. After the green, yellow, red, white and blue five different wavelength light processing, ability togrow the pine wood nematode populations are subject to different degrees of impact, where thestrongest inhibition of blue light, and can significantly reduce the PWN population growth.2. Different intensity blue light on the role of the results of the pine wood nematode reproductivebehavior is different, when the light intensity is below1000lux, inhibition is not obvious, but the1250lux light intensity group has a significant inhibitory effect on pine wood nematode populations, egghatchability, development rate, sex ratio, and the body length.3. Blue light can significantly inhibit the pine wood nematode eggs hatch, in1000lux blue lightconditions, the PWN embryos develop to2-fold stage then stop development, indicating that the eggstage is one of the critical role of blue light.4. Preliminary screen for32pairs of the PWN’s light sensitive gene, but the function remains to beverified.
