Pine wood nematode is a major infectious forest disease,which has caused serious threat to pine resources,natural landscape and ecological environment in China,and is the most important part of forest pest control.Clearing dead trees of pine wood nematode is an economic and effective control measure at present.As the infection source of pine wood nematode,root post plays an important role in the process of natural transmission.In order to reduce the infection source of pine wood nematode,when cutting pine wood infected with pine wood nematode,the height of the root pile shall not be higher than 5cm,and it shall be treated with drugs,but the demand for drugs treatment is large and will cause new environmental pollution.Therefore,it is of great significance and engineering application value to carry out the research on the mechanical crushing equipment of pine wood roots infected by pine wood nematode.This thesis mainly carries out the following research work:1.According to the site conditions of pine trees and the requirements of the mechanized crushing treatment of epidemic wood root piles,two kinds of structural schemes of epidemic wood root pile crusher are put forward,i.e.rotary cutting type and rolling cutting type.The final design scheme of epidemic wood root pile crusher is determined through the comparison of the crushing test of root piles.2.Carry out the structural design of the key components of the pine wood root crusher,determine the main structural parameters of its cutting system,support system and transmission system;carry out the stress analysis and modal analysis of the key components(frame)of the pine wood root crusher,and the maximum deformation of the frame is 0.035mm,the maximum stress is 127mpa,and the maximum stress appears at two angle steel supports under the support plate of output bearing pedestal.The whole frame conforms to the maximum limit stress and is in a relatively safe situation.The natural frequency of the first six steps of the frame is between 0.095105-0.37849hz,of which the deformation is mainly bending and torsion.3.In this thesis,the height and diameter of the root pile,the time and the size of the debris were measured.The results showed that the average chip thickness was 4.5-5.3mm,the average chip width is about 14mm,and the cutting time of the root pile is 1.3-1.6min.The cutting performance of the prototype machine is good,which meets the design requirements and can complete the field operation.
