| Objective: The best conditions suitable for ensiled straw fermentation of corn, wheatand canola and other crops were experimented in this thesis.Using three factors andthree levels orthogonal experiment to optimized the strains,cycle and other parametersof ensiled straw.And made a comparative study on the optimum storage group beforeand after the fermentation of ensiled straw of its nutritional value and feedingeffect.To determine the optimal parameters suitable roughage than ensiled strawtechnologies,then the promotion and application of technology in production.Testing methods:This study has three parts of experiment.The first part of test: Optimization of the production of ensiled strawparameters.Three common ensiled straw inoculants on the market, three differentgroups of storage period and materials for ensiled straw were selected, for using threefactors and three levels orthogonal experiment fermentation of wheat straw.Themoisture content of the stored material in each group is fixed at about70%, todetermine the best ensiled straw species, period and materials of ensiled straw by acombination of pH measurement parameter index fermentation of ensiled strawoptimization.The second part of test:Assessed the nutritional value before and after the ensiledstraw optimal level group fermented.According to the first part test results of thereservoir to optimize conditions for handling rape straw and corn stover, that ensiledstraw strains of probiotic agents gain treasure, ensiled straw period of35days, ensiledstraw materials as corn, wheat bran, salt, cellulose enzyme combinations.Bymeasuring and testing in vitro fermentation of nutrients,comparative study of thenutritional value of fermented straw raw materials and storage group,To determine theoptimal level of the ensiled straw combination is suited to deal with three straws.The third part of test:Effect of feeding corn stalks ensiled straw levels beforeand after the optimal combination treatment.Select eight rams that the consistent ofbody weight and body condition Kazakh were randomly divided into two groups offour,carried digestion and metabolism trials.Control group added unfermented raw corn stalks,and the test group was the best ensiled corn straw stover, going on a studyabout weight gain, feed in take and various changes in nutrient digestibility afterfeeding rams the optimal ensiled corn straw.Result:1. Nine combinations are stored material improves the sensory quality andpalatability of straw. PH value optimization index each treatment group are reduced,the ensiled straw optimization results is: the EM gain treasure agents for the ensiledstraw species,the35d as a period, corn, wheat bran, salt, cellulase solution for theoptimal combination of materials, that is, between nine fermented product to A1B3C2group belongs to the highest quality storage material.2.Through the first test,The DM and NDF of wheat straw that was deal with bymost high quality storage are significantly grow compared with the straw of beforeprocessing(P <0.01).ADF of wheat straw that was deal with by most high qualitystorage is significantly down growth compared with the straw to deal withbefore,Decrease of Ash content was not significant (P>0.05),increase of CP andOMD content was not significant (P>0.05).The CF of corn straw that was deal withby most high quality storage is significantly grow compared with the straw of beforeprocessing (P <0.01) and NDF,ADF significantly down compared with beforetreatment (P <0.01),Decrease of DM and Ash content was not significant (P>0.05),OMD of corn straw processed as the same as the corn straw that nevertreatment.increase of CP concent and OMD of rape straw processed was notsignificant (P>0.05).The decrease of rape straw DM,NDF,ADF was not significantcompared with the rape straw before treatment(P>0.05),OMD of rape strawprocessed was not significant.3.The average weight of the control grope and experimental grope sheep is1.21kg and1.42kg during the test,and the total weight of the treatment grope is higherthan the control grope,but no significant difference (P>0.05).The feed intake(freshweight)average daily of the sheep of the control grope and experimental grope is1.15kg and1.56kg.thus,the feed intake of experimental grope was35.65%higher thancontrol grope.But the daily feed intake of dry matter of control grope is higher thanexperimental grope,they were0.71kg and0.67kg.The digestion rate of drymatter,crude protein,crude fiber of experimental grope were higher than the controlgrope,among them,the digestibility of DM and CP of experimental grope were extremely significantly higher than control grope,and the digestibility of CF ofexperimental grope was significantly higher than control grope(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.According to the indicator pH to determine the optimum storage combinationis the grope A1B3C2,that is the strains is EM gain treasure agents,the period is35days and the materials is corn, wheat bran, salt, cellulose enzyme combinations.2.The change of nutrition ingredient and the degradation rate of rape straw thatwas deal with most high quality storage is not significant.Therefore,the optimalscheme of ensiled straw is suitable for wheat straw and corn straw.Among them,thenutritional value of corn straw improved is the best.3.The growth performance, feed intake, and nutrient digestibility rate of sheepfed the corn straw that processed using the optimal combination is increased. |
