As the aggravate that the lack of water resources situation in our country, all walks oflife water situation is not very ideal. Agricultural water occupies a large proportion in totalwater in our country, but because the traditional way of irrigation water utilization rate islow, agricultural water in arid regions have to from the original extensive irrigation intouse advanced technology equipment and the theory of intensive precise irrigation.Aiming at the current domestic problems in the system of farmland irrigation, basedon the research of the KcET0algorithm and optimization, on the basis of international foodand agriculture organization (fao) promoted the Penman Monteith formula of the influencefactors of water demand to establish a reasonable index collection system, and withreference to the index system of selecting reasonable sensor, according to the expectedfunction requirements, formulate the overall design of the system. The farmlandwater-saving irrigation management software and automatic control system is divided intothe upper machine under the two parts of a machine terminal. PC management software isin Visual Studio2008integrated development environment, with SQL Server2005as thebackground data management library, using the algorithm of KcET0calculating crop waterrequirement, and the reasonable water distribution to all farmers. Lower machine terminalequipment including the intelligent water meter and data concentrator, ultra-low powerconsumption MSP430F149MCU as the core control chip, the main control PC distributiondown flow and follow the orders of the upper machine developed. The system hardwareadopts the modular design, mainly including liquid crystal display module, the key controlmodule, voltage acquisition module, water data acquisition module, A/D conversionmodule, water pump control module, data storage module, GPRS module, communicationmodule, etc., using the IAR EW430integrated development environment to develophardware debugging.
