The level of auto-control water-saving irrigation technology reflects the development condition of agriculture modernization. The low automatic level of irrigation system is the main reason that prevented our agriculture's development. As to this condition, this paper mainly studies the water-saving irrigation system that controlled by MCU (Micro-controller Unit). This system can supervise and control the three main environment factors which effect the quantity of water crops absorb: illumination, temperature and humidity. It can irrigate to the demand of the farm corps with the right amount of water at the well time. The control part that consists of MCU and PC (personal computer) is its core. Research work had been carried on to the relationship between the three main environment factors and water, irrigate control technology, hardware and software program and so on.It adopts the top and bottom form to realize the control function of irrigation system: A set of automatic water-saving system which is controlled by single-chip controller have been developed in this paper.. The overall structure of the system,the main circuit of the MCU system,data-collecting circuit,I/O expanding circuit communication interface and software of the system are all be designed. For monitoring large-scale irrigation system, we using distributional control model to enhance stability of the system and reduce the cost.. And, the system can realize functions of automatic irrigation, warning, real time clock, historical data inquiry, data-up transmission and two-way communication.The model based on multiple regress design can be applied to this system controlled by micro-controller .This model which is used to reflect the relationship between water and the main environment factors is analyzed and assed by way of interrelated elements and they can be used to direct the amount of irrigation in practice plant.It is small, easy to fit, a strong capability to resist interfere and low-cost. So the control system is more economic compared to other control systems such as thuter system and all these demonstrate this production is apt to be popularized. This work is a fresh attempt to bring our agriculture into an advanced stage, which now is relative to be backward on greenhouse control technique, especially on the aspect of nutrient liquid supplying when crops cultivated on tissue.
