Weak light have becoming important factors to restrict yield in facility during with the development offacility agriculture and the area of facilities is widening in our country,To slove this problem,manyphotosynthetic characteristics of11muskmelon varieties under one levels of weak light intersitisestress(59.3%of natural light intensity)were studied,such as the effects of plants morphlolgical,physilolgical and biochemical character with Zao Huang Hou female parent, Zao Huang Hou male parent,Zao Huang Hou,Xi Zhou Mi21female parent, Xi Zhou Mi21male parent, Xi Zhou Mi21, Xi Zhou Mi17,Xi Zhou Mi1,Jia Shi Gua,Qi Li Gan, Xin Mi11,Compared the on melon yield and quality indicators inweak light environment.The results showed that: with the development of treatment days,stem diamere,petiole,blade thickness,male flowers first-flowering dates, florescence setting number,fruit yield,verticaland horizontal diameter of fruit,sarcocap,solable soild content decreased,there are differet results inmuskmelon varieties with plant height,internode, male flowers inflowescence nodes increased,floweringdays apart,leaf area,specific leaf weight,seed cavity decreased.Concentration of MDA increased,content of soluble sugar decreased,chlrlphyll a/b valu incrdased firstand the declined under low light stress,and different muskmelon varieties in differents in peroxidation(POD)activity increased,content of soluble protein,content of chlorophyll decreased,increased.There is noinfluence in catalase(CAT)activity under weak light stress.Through the initial correlation analysis on the morphology and quality indicators and the relative plantyield of eleven muskmelon varieties,we can see that the correlation coefficient was significant level ofspecific leaf weight,therfore,it can be indentified that muskmelon resistance of weak light.Six materialswhich can tolerate low light are seleted in this experiment: Zao Huang Hou,Xi Zhou Mi21female parentZao Huang Hou female parent,Zao Huang Hou male parent,Xi Zhou Mi21, Xi Zhou Mi17,Xi Zhou Mi1.
