Korla pear is one of Xinjiang’s famous fruit, has high economic benefit, has become a pillar industryin Korla area. But in recent years, with the constant expansion of the cultivated area, yield rises ceaselessly,fruit quality has declined, rough skin fruit increased year by year, seriously affecting the quality of fruit ofKorla fragrant pear. This paper mainly produce more of the surrounding areas of Korla rough pear orchardsoil, leaf mineral element content and rough fruit formation correlation was investigated, through thedetermination of Korla fragrant pear orchard coarse skin content of soil organic matter, available nitrogen,available phosphorus, available potassium, exchange Ca and Mg, pH, water soluble nitrogen, total saltcontent and leaf total phosphorus, total potassium, calcium, magnesium, the correlation between the contentof the comprehensive analysis of the effect on fruit quality. In this study, Korla pear as tested materials, onthe basis of the analysis of rough fruit formation, methods using leaf nutrient analysis and foliarfertilization combined, study on the effect of different concentrations of calcium on mixed reagent of Korlafragrant pear quality. The results show that:1. Korla pear fruit thick skin fruit weight, titratable acid, stone cell content, lignin content wassignificantly higher than that in the normal fruit. Rough fruit soluble solids content, VC content wassignificantly lower than that of normal fruit.2.The total nitrogen content of2.7month rough pear fruit were significantly higher than those in thenormal ratio July,normal fruit calcium content and calcium content of crude fruit is4.755:1, wassignificantly lower than the same month the normal fruit calcium content. In September the normal fruitcalcium content and the ratio of rough fruit calcium content was3.870:1, the difference between the roughfruit calcium content and normal fruit significantly. Whether July or September coarse skin fruit calciumcontent were significantly lower than that of normal fruit, the calcium content of rough pear production andrough skin of the fruit of the extreme lack of correlation.3.Rough skin fruit adjacent leaf total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium content and normalfruit had no significant difference between July and September, rough fruit adjacent leaf calcium content islower than the normal fruit adjacent leaves and the differences were significant, the lack of calcium contentin leaves of rough pear neighbor. Rough pear neighbor leaf calcium content and total nitrogen, totalphosphorus, total potassium content was negatively correlated significantly positive correlation with totalnitrogen, rough skin fruit adjacent leaf and total phosphorus, total potassium content.4.On the key period of Korla pear form rough pear orchard in July the rough skin and normal orchardsoil analysis, rough skin orchard soil available potassium content in each soil layer was significantly higherthan the normal orchard, rough skin in the orchard exchange differences in calcium content and the normalorchard is not significant, the soil does not lack the exchangeable calcium content.which may becompetitive absorption of potassium caused inhibition of tree body calcium absorption and generate roughpear. Potassium content in soil is excessive, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium content in soil imbalancewould not affect the Korla fragrant pear trees and the absorption of calcium, causing the rough skin fruit,need to be further studied.5.In previous years the incidence of serious rough fruit of Korla fragrant pear orchard sprayingcalcium and boron mixed reagent in young fruit stage and fruit enlargement period of differentconcentration can reduce the rough fruit of Korla fragrant pear.6.Compared with control, calcium mixed reagent spraying fruits with400times the stone small; thecontrol fruit stone was significantly greater than that of calcium spraying boron mixed reagent.Anthocyanin and chlorophyll content of calcium and boron mixed reagent spraying fruits with400timeshigher, and carotenoid content was the lowest. Spraying calcium and boron mixed reagent fruit can reducethe fruit shape index of Korla fragrant pear; increase the soluble solids and VC content decreased thetitratable acid content. The comprehensive study showed the best effect, to improve the comprehensivequality of Korla pear in calcium and boron mixed reagent spraying young fruit stage and fruit enlargementperiod400times.
