This thesis taked Xinjiang BaZhou korla pears as the material. In young fruit period (May10th) and fruit expands the period (June10th, July10th), Fragrant pear fruit of continuous spray cloth different kinds of organic calcium fertilizer:Spraying concentration are0.05,0.10,0.15g/L of new chelating calcium, amino acids chelating calcium. To study the different concentrations of different organic calcium fertilizer on part fruit quality influence; to peroxidase(POD), Polyphenol oxidase (PPO), phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL),stone cells content; and to korla fragrant pear fruit on rough skin fruit influence. Explore the influence of spraying different concentrations different organic calcium fertilizer on korla fragrant pear fruit.Screen can alleviate the korla fragrant pear fruit for calcium and cause fruit quality of the decline of the organic fertilizer on the type and concentration of calcium, Guide farmers use calcium fertilizer science.The test results show that:(1) Compared with the spraying of normal fruit and calcium fertilizer not injected:Different calcium fertilizer increased both the tolerance sugar (0.15g/L) and reduce titration acid content (0.05,0.10g/L). Different calcium fertilizer can improve fruit crude fiber content, fruit weight, soluble solids, and the shape index, Reducing soluble pectin content (0.10,0.15g/L).(2) Compared with the spraying of normal fruit and calcium fat not injected:Spraying amino acid calcium from chelating are overall improve PAL activity, PPO, stone cells content, and to reduce the POD activity; Spraying new chelating calcium (0.1,0.15g/L), from the overall reduced PAL activity, POD activity and stone cells content and increase the PPO activity; Spraying new chelating calcium (0.05g/L) from the overall improve PAL activity, PPO, stone cells content, and to reduce the POD activity; Spraying new chelating calcium0.1g/L can significantly reduce the korla fragrant pear of content determination of the cells, the measuring results of total amount than the contrast reduced by49.66%.(3) compared with the spraying of coarse skin calcium fertilizer fruit and not injected calcium fertilizer:After spraying different organic calcium fertilizer, Thick skin fruit of the content of soluble sugar generally lower than not injected calcium the thick skin fruit of the fertilizer content of soluble sugar, Spraying new chelating calcium thick skin fruit of the content of soluble sugar are all lower than spraying the same concentration amino acids chelating calcium; Spraying different organic calcium fertilizer (0.05,0.10g/L) all can increase the thick skin fruit of vitamin C content; Spraying different organic calcium fertilizer (in addition to0.05g/L amino acids chelating calcium outside) tannins are lower than those of the content of not injected calcium of crude fat content of skin fruit tannins; Spraying different organic fertilizer are soluble calcium can reduce pectin content; Spraying different organic fertilizer increased calcium crude fiber content, weight, hardness, soluble solids; Spraying different concentrations of different fertilizer thick skin calcium fruit rate were significantly lower than not injected calcium thick leather rough fruit rate; spraying new chelating calcium0.1g/L of rough skin fruit rate significantly lower than the contrast was reduced by86.34%.A combination of the various influence, different organic fertilizer could reduce the calcium are korla fragrant pear fruit for calcium and cause of the decline of the fruit quality problem,0.1g/L of new type of chelating calcium reduce the content of soluble pectin content tannins, and improve the crude fiber content, fruit weight, the fruit hardness, soluble solids; Significantly reduce the korla fragrant pear of content determination of the cells, the measuring results of total49.66%less than the contrast; Significantly reduced the thick rough fruit rate, compared with86.34%lower. To improve the comprehensive fruit quality, reduce the stone cells and rough skin fruit rate content,0.1g/L of new chelating calcium is best effect.
