Haloxylon ammodendron artificial planting can help recover quickly from the nature, The naturalrecovery process of Haloxylon ammodendron increases40~50years, While the labor intensity of theartificial Haloxylon ammodendron growing is big, it spends such a large amount of labor that manydifficulties in labor supply.Therefore, it is imperative to design a reasonable planting Haloxylonammodendron machine.PVC pipe protection system based on the present technology, can effectively prevent the Haloxylonplants from high temperature, the surface layer of sand, animal grazing and other damage or stress, as wellas slow down water loss of the small environment in the mainland surface, so as to improve the survivalrate of seedlings of Haloxylon Bunge (more than50%). At the same time, it can effectively prevent thegeneration of Haloxylon Bunge seedlings "summer dormancy" phenomenon, to increase the annual growth,speed up the individual growth and development. To make this technology to be promoted, it is necessaryto design PVC pipe protection system and reasonable equipment.This paper is base on the Haloxylon ammodendron facility cultivation and protection system of PVCpipe fittings to find the Haloxylon ammodendron facility cultivation depth; Through the analysis of diggingparts, non blocking condition of the bit can be find out;Through theoretical analysis and calculation to findout the Haloxylon ammodendron growing when digging drill bit design design shape and size; Finally.According to PVC pipe protection system requirements we design the machine of Haloxylon ammodendronto meet the requirements in protected cultivation.Haloxylon ammodendron facilities cultivation machine is designed in this paper is used PVC tubeintubation and Haloxylon ammodendron seedling planting by pit. And we describes the structural featuresand working principle of Haloxylon ammodendron facility cultivation machine, analyzes the limit positionof tapered blade angle, the main working parts of Haloxylon ammodendron facilities cultivation machineare designed and calculated, the parameters are determined. Finally, through the orthogonal experiment onseedlings of Haloxylon ammodendron facilities, the optimum combination of the factors affecting theperformance of Haloxylon ammodendron facilities cultivation machine are found.
