Xinjiang is a area that the earliest melon(Cucumis melo L.)cultivated area, having a reputation "melon and fruit of the township". Melon powdery mildew is a main disease in melon cultivation, it seriously affects the yield and quality of melon, Small physiological differentiation of quickly, there is reported Small kind of harm melon crops mainly S.fuliginea and E.cichoracearum, Respectively belong to S.fuliginea and E.cichoracearum. This study adopt some general international13powdery mildew of differential hosts of small parts to fields of powdery mildew physiological took samples identification, At the same time adopt seedling inoculation assay method and the field of natural disease resistance identification method in order to measure the resistance of88、99muskmelon inbred lines and hybrid F1generation of materials, A brief analysis of the genetic to the material of powdery mildew resistance genes. The conclusion as following:1The race1of S.fuliginea is the powdery mildew dominant race in north Xinjian, Southern region sampling is less, Jiashi county Kashi region in south of Xinjiang’s the powdery mildew dominant is race5.2The identification results of98and88muskmelon inbred lines and hybrid F1generation of materials show that:the result of seedling inoculation assay method and the field of natural disease resistance identification method have larger differences, comparing two identification methods,and get the disease-resistant materials:Km40、Vm12-21、Vm12-22、Vm12-23、Vm12-24、Vm12-25、Vm12-64、Bm47、Bm49、Bm51、Bm57、m581、m795.3Using the hybridization between parents of different resistance, and identified disease resistance of Parents and F1generation, to infer the resistance heredity rule of the parents, the result show that Changji(race1of S.fuliginea) genetic resistance is composed of two main genes and more control over minor gene, and resistance to disease characterized by dominant, a pair of the main genetic are resistance genes, a pair are dominant disease resistant suppressor genes.
