In this paper, grape pomace, and auxiliary agricultural and sideline products soybean meal, wheat bran and cornmeal were mixed together, that was made into match feed based on the principle of pig feed match, that obtains large amounts of cell protein after the complex enzyme degradation and yeast fermentation, and eventually making a pigenergy feed, but its component indicators must comply with the national standards.According to the principle of feed ratio, we have identified two ratio feed pigs that can be made into high value-added energy feed, grape pomace, soybean meal, wheat bran and cornmeal with a ratio of1:4:2:4and2:2:1:2, the nutritional content of the final product meets and better than the requirements of national standardsThis paper determines the optimal condition of cellulase and xylanase by the analysis of variance, optimum mixing ratio of grape pomace compound feed was grape pomace:soybean meal:wheat bran:cornmeal=2:2:1:2(mass ratio); best ratio of the complex enzymes cellulase and xylanase was3U/g and5U/g, reaction temperature was50℃, time was72h,18.81%of nitrogen in fermented feed finished in total,11.42%of crude fiber, digestible energy value was13.61MJ/kg, that were up to the requirements of GB (industry) pregnancy pig feed.By SPSS software analysis, predictive equation of grape pomace pig feed was determined: digestible energy=14.546-0.451×ash+O.OlOxtotal sugar-0.011×crude protein+0.030xcrude fiber+0.027x crude fat (R2=1.00, and the RSD=0.13, P<0.01), it provide a basis for the construction of the the grape pomace pig feed energy system.
