To improve the production efficiency and the quality of rotary cultivator blade, safeguard thepersonal safety of operators, an automation reconstruction was made on the old punch in an enterpriseof Jiangsu automation reconstruction. A set of automatic feeding system was designed to be used withpunching machine, and stamping automation came true.The feeding system is driven by double motors in vertical direction at one time. In complexcondition, the speed of the two motors can be different when the loads on them are different. If thespeeds hold on, the artifacts cannot be transported to the right position. Sometimes it can lead to adisaster to the system. To make the motors work in unison, the strategy of deviation couplingsynchronization is used after discussing some kinds of strategies. And a fuzzy PID controller wasdesigned to work with it as a compensator. Vector control was used to control the permanent magnetsynchronous motor. Simulation of two motors was done to prove the effect of the synchronizationcontrol strategy powered by fuzzy-PID controller.The mechanical system model of the automatic feeder was made in Solidworks, which wasintroduced to Adams to finish dynamic simulation. At last, mechatronic system simulation was made inSimulink and the curve shows the fuzzy-PID deviation coupled synchronous control robot can bettersuppress speed fluctuation of the feeder and improve the accuracy of feeding.
