Automatic system of water-saving irrigation is the representative technology of modern agriculture science,through the intelligent control,meet the plants grow in different environment and period of water demand,to save water,reduce environmental pollution at the same time,reduce the labor input,improve the efficiency of agricultural production,promote the sustainable development of agricultural production.This research in view of the Sinkiang cotton growth in different periods of water demand and water demand volume study,considering the cotton drip irrigation mode,has carried on the overall design of the control system,finished with 8051F410 chip as the core controller,based on the ZigBee wireless communication,soil moisture,pipe flow automatic water-saving irrigation parameters on-line detection such as fuzzy control system design,the system can be irrigation work related information transmission to the PC and the cloud storage and query the database,so that the user can adjust according to the irrigation district operation situation of fuzzy control parameters setting,improve the system of cotton complex environment adaptability,save water resources.Paper main research content is as follows:(1)Finished the overall design of the system to determine the PC monitoring platform for PC,MCU overall framework for the next bit machine controller chips,PC monitor main platform to achieve humancomputer interaction,including the control instruction sending and data query and stored;Under a machine is mainly to realize information collection,to send,control decisions generation and instruction execution;Based on the ZigBee communication between nodes.(2)Completed the moisture and fertilizer two-dimensional fuzzy logic controller design and simulation to choose the key stage of cotton growth stage as the main research stage,with cotton leaves grow 0.5 meters of the soil moisture control in the 60-70% as the goal,designs the deviation E to soil moisture and soil moisture deviation rate of the system as input variables,irrigation time T for the output variable twodimensional fuzzy logic controller;Considering fertilizer effect,similar to design the coupling water twodimensional fuzzy logic controller,fuzzy controller design Thinking of cotton seedlings to seedling,seedling,flowering boll period and growth stage to the needs of different water,such as in the upper machine design of the control parameters of the upper and lower water setting module.Generated based on Mat lab fuzzy control query table,through the Simulink module and the fuzzy control simulation,the results show that the oscillation of the system after 20 s stable gradually,the irrigation time under the condition of 150 min.(3)Completed the upper machine and lower machine design and implementation of the PC hardware configuration,use Java Web technology to complete the PC and the cloud of the MySQL database design,PC software function modules include: display and query,local and cloud database,parameter setting and control interface.,the design of hardware and software of single chip processor core board chooses 8051f410 single-chip microcomputer hardware system,fuzzy control decision,complete the valve control node realtime acquisition of soil water,pipe flow and the electromagnetic valve opening and closing state data,such as master and nodes and between nodes are implemented by ZigBee communication,control solenoid valve movement,the realization of drip irrigation automatic control;Finally,completed the controller and the writing of the program code and components selection and circuit design.Developed a smart irrigation control system based on fuzzy logic.(4)Finished the system installation and debugging,the sensor test and field experiment of the control system.Moisture sensor test values and the standard detector test value of the belt deviation was 0.5%,the average deviation is 0.27%,show that sensor selection is correct,can control system based on soil moisture needs timely irrigation solenoid valve open/close,stable and reliable running.
