Study On Container Nursery Related Technique Of Five Important Afforestation Species

Cyclobalanopsis glauca, Castanopsis sclerophylla, Liquidambar formosana, Schima superba. and Cinnamomun camphora, five important afforestation species, are efficient ecological species in South China. The consumption of seeds and plans are massive. This article emploied the single factor experiment design approach, made a study on container nursery related technique of five important afforestation species, and explored the effect of container size and type, substrate formulas, SRFS on growth of one-year and two-years old container-grown seedlings of five species, screened out suitable container seedling cultivation schemes of the five species. The main results were as follows:Cultivating one-year old Cyclobalanopsis glauca, Castanopsis sclerophylla and Schima superba., can choose the size of30mm×100mm woven mesh bag container, cultivating one-year old Cinnamomun camphora and Liquidambar formosana can choose the size of45mm×100mm woven mesh bag container; Cultivating two-years old Schima superba., Castanopsis sclerophylla and Cyclobalanopsis glauca can choose the size of120mm×100mm woven mesh bag container, cultivating two-years old Cinnamomun camphora and Liquidambar formosana can choose the large size detachable plastic containers.Cultivating one-year and two-years old Cyclobalanopsis glauca, Castanopsis sclerophylla, Liquidambar formosana and Cinnamomun camphora, can choose nursery soil that the ratio of peat and rice husk is6:4, cultivating one-year old Schima superba. can choose nursery soil that the ratio of peat, wood chips and rice husk is7:1:2, Cultivating two-years old Schima superba. can choose nursery soil that the ratio of peat, wood chips and rice husk is5:1:4.Cultivating one-year old Cyclobalanopsis glauca and Castanopsis sclerophylla apply controllable SRFS2.0kg·m-3once is the best approach, cultivating one-year old Schima superba., Liquidambar formosana and Cinnamomun camphora apply controllable SRFS1.5kg·m-3once is appropriate; Cultivating two-years old five important afforestation species apply controllable SRFS2.5kg·m-3once is appropriate.
