Banana wilt disease is a devastating soil-borne vascular disease,It is caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense (FOC) infection, and it is making a serious impact on the healthy development of the world’s banana industry.In order to find an effective method to control banana wilt, the cake fertilizer is fermented in five different C/N ratio, and then,the fermentation broth is used to treatment banana seedlings.From a pot experiment,we can study the fermentation broth control efficacy of banana seedlings, and to explain the mechanism of action of cake fertilizer fermentation broth prevention and control of banana wilt,we attempt to study the physiological indicators and banana seedling rhizosphere soil microbial community structure changes.The results show that, all of the five kinds of C/N ratio fermentation broth have some of the banana wilt disease prevention effect, which treatment BF15has the best disease prevention, to61.3%, significantly higher than other treatments.Further study found that, Compared to treatment B(Inoculated with the pathogen only),5different C/N ratio cake fertilizer fermentation broth treatment can improve banana seedling height, Fresh weight, Root activity Chlorophyll content, Soluble sugar, Soluble protein, Proline,SOD, POD, CAT,PPO,PAL activity, while reducing MDA content and relative electrical conductivity. Which treatment BF15, compared with treatment B, plant height, fresh weight, Root activity Chlorophyll content, Soluble sugar, Soluble protein, Proline,SOD, POD, CAT,PPO,PAL activity increased by37.5%,69.6%,336.8%,47.6%,38.9%,66.2%,68.9%,48.4%,59.8%,88.0%,176.8%, MDA content and relative conductivity rate decreased by53.8%,50.2%.The study of the microbial community structure show that:the banana plant rhizosphere soil microbes significantly reduced after the banana was infected by FOC4,But the cake fertilizer fermentation broth can extent the number of soil microbial.To study the functional diversity of soil bacteria by BIOLOG,the result show that:the cake fertilizer fermentation broth can increase AWCD values,And make banana rhizosphere soil microbial community richness, species dominance and Species evenness increased.PCA analysis show that FOC4infection can lead to the banana rhizosphere soil bacteria use the type of carbon source and CK differentiation,but the cake fertilizer fermentation broth can lead to various facilities into the fermentation broth to deal with treatment B use the type of carbon source to produce differentiation.The Microbial were isolated from the BF15fermented fluid,and three isolates have a strong antagonistic effect to FOC4.1-P-01,2-L-02are Bacillus subtilis,1-L-18is Bacillus cereus, these three isolates are Bacillus.
