On the basis of this principle, by transgenicmethod, expression of dsRNA gene in cotton plants, in order to endogenous genespecific inhibition of feeding cotton aphid, so as to establish a new strategy againstaphids.This study will have the support of three plant built interfering expression ofAphis gossypii by floral dip method into Arabidopsis thaliana, analysis oftranscription levels were selected after feeding on homozygous, then thecorresponding transgenic Arabidopsis V-ATPase-A gene in aphids, Cathepin B,Ribosomal protein L18expression analysis. The results show that these three aphidvectors on the expression of dsRNA in Arabidopsis can succeed, aphids, V-ATPase-Agene and V-ATPase-A gene of aphid interference on the3line transgenic Arabidopsisexpression level was0.17times, feeding on wild type Arabidopsis0.01times and0.04times, in gene were obviously inhibited, successful interference in aphids V-ATPase-Agene, statistical data analysis but inoculated by aphids, not significant on aphidresistance.
