The rainfed agriculture region of China are mainly distributed in Beijing, Tianjin,Hebei, Shandong, Henan and other regions. The area is about200million mu and it isimportant grain-producing areas in China. Agricultural farming methods in this area isconvention planting. The maize straw returning to the surface, it causes the heavy amountof straw on the surface. Straw returning directly can improve the soil fertility, solve theenvironmental pollution problems and make full use of resources, but the straw returningdirectly farming methods also make a lot of straw on the surface, it is difficult toeffectively reduce the surface of straw only by the rotary tillage soil preparation, whichaffect crop seedling emergence.The farming methods mainly include harrow tillage, furrow plough ploughing androtary cultivator. Rotary tillage after the straw of wheat and corn returned surface. Therotary tillage is most widely used, the area accounted for more than90%.Before wheatsowing, the surface covering a large number of shredded wheat straw and corn stalk.Because we use the rotary tillage many years and rotary tillage depth is generally not morethan12cm, it formed a solid rotary tillage plough pan, the ability of protecting fertilizer isdown. The large amount of corn straw cause part of the seedling emergence and the growthof wheat, especially green period after water management, straw gradually decay withtemperatures rebound, toxic substances produce during the process of the damage wheatroot, root turns yellow, causing wheat leaf malnutrition, slow growth or even stop,ultimately affects the yield of wheat.In order to reduce the amount of straw after the straw of wheat and corn returnedsurface. Mainly in this study, tillage depth at the same time reduce the surface strawincreased agricultural machines for rotary tillage’s insufficient in the areas. Firstly westudied from the Angle of statics about furrow plough and rotary cultivator’s work principle,and confirmed the front ploughing back preliminary ideas of the combination of rotarytillage soil preparation machine, designed a variety of furrow plough ploughing layoutscheme and the scheme of a large number of trials; Then according to the test results, weimproved the furrow plough configuration, the size of the frame and suspension designscheme, key components and made simple finite element analysis; Finally, our team usedthe improved1GFX-200soil preparation machine made a lot of testing. Test shows that 1GFX-200soil preparation machine can reduce a part of surface straw, it is better thanusing rotary tillage.
