With the promotion of agricultural machinery and automation,joint work tools have become a trend of agricultural development.This paper has optimized the design of a biaxial rotary ploughing and ploughing mowing roller to better the cultivation characteristics of the Jianghuai region and the requirements of conservation tillage.Remains of stubble left over from field cultivation are returned to farms to improve the crushing efficiency and work performance of the implements,which not only facilitates subsequent tilling and sowing,but also converts the roots of straw into field fertilizer,and promotes the sustainable development of agriculture.In view of the fact that the quality of broken smashed and broken soil,high energy consumption,and short tool life during the work of the whole machine,this paper mainly optimized the smashing knife roller system,and analyzed the motion parameters of the smashing knife roller according to the working mechanism.The design of the tool,cutter head,cutter shaft and tool arrangement that constitutes the knife roller was studied;combined with the actual work situation,the finite element and discrete element simulation tests were performed to compare the physical properties before and after the knife roller optimization;and the rotary tillage was performed in the field.,Breakage performance test,and analysis of experimental data through orthogonal test.The design research of this article mainly has the following several points:(1)Designed a halve cutting blade with tangent cutting edge curve "Archimedes spiral" and "L-shaped curve" to increase the tool rake angle,improve the cutting capacity of the tool to improve the tool life;determine the knife according to the working mechanism The basic dimensions of the disc and cutter shaft are that the cutters are bolted to the cutter head and are arranged in a double helix line to form a skimming roller system.(2)Use ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the stress and strain before and after the knife roll optimization.After the optimization of the tool,the deformation is very small and the equivalent stress is obviously reduced.The finite element stress and strain analysis was performed on the entire knife roll,and the equivalent stress was less than the allowable stress value of the material to meet the actual use strength requirements.The optimization of the tool axis was achieved,and the best optimized design was obtained,which reduced the mass of the tool shaft by 13%,and the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum total deformation were reduced.(3)The EDEM discrete element simulation software was used to carry out the peeling test on the stubble.The number of binding bonds between the straw and the soil particles in the simulation process was continuously decreasing,indicating that the straw and soil particles were continuously crushed by the stubbing tool,and the rotary cutter of the knife roll was optimized.The roll effect was significantly better than that of the prototype knife roll,with a chipping rate of 86.3%,a relative increase of 4.2%,and a soil fraction of 85.1%,a relative increase of 3.6%.The rotary cutting resistance of the knife roller is optimized between 1200 and 1500 N.The rotary cutter resistance of the original knife roller is between 1500 and 2000 N.The knife roll's resistance fluctuation is optimized to be smaller and the work roll is relatively stable.Therefore,the knife roller is optimized.After the working conditions can be well achieved,the peeling resistance is significantly reduced,which reduces the power consumption of the entire machine.(4)Tests were carried out to determine the rotary tillage and stubble performance of field rolls.The average soil fraction of rotary tillage was 87% or more,and the average value of broken crushed stone was 83.4% or higher.The national standard was satisfied;The performance has been improved and the operation performance is stable.The cutting rate after the optimization of the knife roll is significantly higher than that of the prototype knife roll.After the operation,the surface is smooth and the quality of the work can basically meet the agronomic requirements for seeding.Through orthogonal test,the influences of the forward speed of the whole machine,the rotation speed of the knife roller and the depth of smashing on the operation effect(fragmented soil rate,fragmentation rate)were analyzed.
