The modern facility physical agriculture, as a new field in the development of Chineseagricultural science and technology, has got much attention in recent years. It integrateselectron, mechanical, physics, agriculture and other related disciplines, uses physicaltechnique method, such as sound, light, electricity, magnetic etc. to deal with crops, thereforethis technique can improve the quality and quantity of crops and reduce the use of pesticidesand fertilizers. The development of physical facility agriculture is of important practicalsignificance in improving agricultural ecological environment, promoting agriculturalefficiency and increasing farmers’ income.Facilities were used respectively at three greenhouses in Tekes County and HuochengCounty in Xinjiang, at the same time setting up blank control, using HOBO environmentrecording instrument to record statistics, such as temperature, humidity, illumination, carbondioxide etc. in greenhouse. Meanwhile we investigated the cause of various diseases and thechange of the biological indicators in crops. The purpose is to find out whether facilityphysical agricultural mechanical equipment has an effect on crop yield.This thesis mainly focuses the effect of3DFC electric mist prevention system to theprevention of normal disease such as chili powdery mildew, tomato powdery mildew, tomatoearly blight, tomato grey mould etc. the agronomic trait of tomato in early flowering,flowering, in multi-topping period and the tomato yield in the early fruit, the early harvest andthe late harvest.The experimental results show that, when the electric mist system of the diseaseprevention and growth promotion in space electric field was used in greenhouse, the changesof temperature, humidity and illumination were not obvious, the physiological indexes oftomato and pepper increased slightly, pepper production of experimental group was1771kg/667m2, which was improved by6.6%comparing with the blank controlled groupwhich is1662kg/667m2. The comparison of the experimental group and the blank controlledgroup indicated that under the condition that the electric mist prevention system with spaceelectric field was installed; the tomato growth period was earlier, that the disease of tomatodamping off and tomato stalk rot can be prevented effectively, and flies was reduced. Chilipowdery mildew disease index was cut down from91.24of blank controlled group to60.87,the content of vitamin C of chill was increased21.08%compared with139mg/100g of theblank controlled group.
