Comparison On Photosynthetic Fluorescence Characteristic Parameters Of Two Grape Cultivars Under Soil Different Drought Condition

In this study, the cutting seedlings of grape varieties of "Xinyu" from grape fruits in Xinjiang Development Research Center and introduced varieties of "Red globe" as experimental material were used as test material, use pot simulated drought treatment method: the soil relative water content were T1:70%(CK), T2:50%, T3:30%, T4:15%. Through measuring and comparing the relative water content, photosynthetic pigment contents, photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and other indicators in the leaves of two grape varieties under different soil drought conditions, in order to offer reference for spreading cultivation of new varieties of "Xinyu" and introduced varieties of "Red globe".The main conclusions are as follows:1. With the soil moisture content was reduced, two grape cultivars leaf relative water content showed a downward trend, the decline in the "Red globe" which was significantly greater than "Xinyu".2. Compared with "Red globe", there were a lower decline on chl a and chl b content and a lower ascensional range on carotenoid content."Red globe" have a significant high net photosynthetic rate under T3treatmen and water use efficiency under T1treatment compared with "Xinyu".3. There ware no significant difference on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters between two grape cultivars under same soil moisture content, however two grape cultivars showed a somewhat different trend with decreasing of soil moisture content.4. Diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of each treatment of two grape varieties showed somewhat different trends, water use efficiency of CK and T1treatment of "Red Globe" varieties appears double peak, but its T2and T3treatment wear showed with a single peak; water use efficiency of each drought treatment of Xinyu has a single peak, appears in18:00.In summary, under soil different drought conditions the photosynthetic fluorescence characteristic parameters of two grape cultivars showed different responses, which in "Xinyu" have a stronger adaptability than "Red globe" to soil drought conditions.
