The objects of this research were Yanqi horse in Bayinbuluk Town. This test mainly studiedthe effects of supplemental different levels of oil and amino acids on the performance, plasmaantioxidant capacity and other metabolic index of Yanqi horse. This experiment provides areference for oil, amino acids in the application of horse on training and racing.ExperimentⅠ:9Yanqi horses were randomly divided into three groups according toperformance, body weight, body measurement and age. The groups were referred to as the controlgroup, experimental groupⅠand experimental group Ⅱ. The control group was fed basal diet.Horses in the groupⅠ and Ⅱ were fed with diet supplemented with different level of oil. Allhorses were participated in20km racing, on the20th day. Temperatures, heart rate, respiratory rateof all horses were measured, in30min the racing. Simultaneously, blood samples were collectedfrom the jugular vein. The result showed that the heart rate value of the experimental group Ⅰ andexperimental group Ⅱ was highly significant lower than the control group (P<0.01),0min afterthe racing. The respiratory rate of the experimental group Ⅰwere significantly lower than thecontrol group (P<0.05), the experimental group Ⅱwere highly significantly lower than thecontrol group (P<0.01),5min after the racing. The plasma GSH-PX, SOD activity and GLUconcentration of the experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱ compared with the controlgroup respectively increased by87.60%(P<0.05),15.87%(P>0.05),2.34%(P>0.05) and98.38%(P<0.05),38.25%(P<0.05),7.01%(P<0.05); The plasma MDA, LA, NH3-Nconcentration of the experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱ compared with the controlgroup respectively decreased by114.78%(P<0.05),31.72%(P<0.05),26.32%(P>0.05) and105.83%(P<0.05),33.48%(P<0.05),4.35%(P>0.05).ExperimentⅡ:11Yanqi horses were randomly divided into three groups according toperformance, body weight, body measurement, age. The groups were referred to as the controlgroup (3horses), experimental groupⅠ (4horses) and experimental group Ⅱ (4horses). Thecontrol group was fed basal diet. Horses in the groupⅠ and Ⅱ were fed with diet supplementedwith different level of amino acids. All horses were participated in20km racing, on the20th day.Temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate of all horses were measured,30min after the racing.Simultaneously, blood samples were collected from the jugular vein. The result showed that theheart rate value of the experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱ was significantly lowerthan the control group (P<0.05),0min after the racing. The heart rate of20min after the racingand respiratory rate of5min after the racing, the experimental group Ⅰ and experimental groupⅡ were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01). The plasma GSH-PX, SOD activityand GLU concentration of the experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱ compared withthe control group’s respectively increased by34.41%(P>0.05),37.02%(P<0.01),37.41%(P<0.01) and32.06%(P>0.05)、35.46%(P<0.01)、26.98%(P<0.05); The plasma MDA,LAconcentration of the experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱ compared with the controlgroup respectively decreased by62.5%(P<0.05)、21.30%(P<0.05) and61.97%(P<0.05)、15%(P>0.05).The result showed that the sport performance and antioxidant capacity of Yanqi horse can beimproved by the basic ration added different levels of amino acids, oil. The physiological functionof Yanqi horse can be fast recovery after the racing. During the race, the symptoms of fatigue ofYanqi horse were mitigated. Compared, added a0.25%lysine feed supplement was especiallyeffective, added5%oil feed supplement was especially effective.
